valentinethey better get it right on draft night. they have the number one and fourth pick. everybody including cavs are debating who they draft number one. at first it was derrick williams one point, then irving for a good while now its kanter. to me if your the cavs front office you have to really think is irving worth it. is he going be what rose, westbrook , paul are to there respective teams. a franchise all star pg, a floor leader, is he that far ahead of knight, or do u take derrick williams a small forward , who has the tools to be a very good player , or do u take kanter good size, skilled big man . do u go big man first kanter and then knight . or do u take williams and knight. or go irving first and go with williams or kanter. either way they have to get it right for there sake and for the fans sake.

royk927Participantthats what comes to my mind. He is a huge risk and may not pan out. I like Williams better based on his body of Work.

What The DevilParticipantI personally like Kanter. From what I hear he is killing in his workouts and he could pan out to be a good big guy. I know he didn’t play any college games but it’s not like Irving played all his and Kanter looks to be in better shape with no gimp toe. I also doubt Irving is going to be head and shoulders above Knight who the Cavs could target at 4 assuming he is there.

draftmangtParticipantI think Irving is the obvious choice even though Kyrie only played 11 games, that’s more than enough to get an evaluation on him. Especially when he was already a top prospect coming out of HS.
In Kyrie’s 11 games he played against:
Princeton- NCAA tournament team that lost to Kentucky on a buzzer beater
Marquette- Sweet 16 team
Kansas State- Sweet 16 team
Michigan State- Didn’t make the tourny but was playing well at the time, had just beated #11 ranked Washington and lost by 3 to U Conn
Butler- National Championship runner-up
Hampton- NCAA tournament team
Michigan- second round of NCAA had a good season
Arizona- Elite 8 team
8/11 games were against teams that ranged from quality to elite and he dominated many of those games
If the Cavs take williams banking on the fact that he can play SF which he hasn’t shown in anyway, shape, or form that he can, i will have to take a one year break on the cavs and wait till this time next year and hope they get it right. Also if Minnesota takes Williams at 2 the a good chance Kanter is there at 4.

Check the guys i got the Cavs picking on my mock draft. If they get a group of guys resembling this, they should be set for the future (1st/ 4th/ 32nd/ 54th)

iguapops420ParticipantWouldn’t it just be crazy as hell if they went with Kanter at 1, Vesley at the 4, and just waited Cole out at 32 and went with hometown boy as pg of the future lol I mean, theres no way they can get this right can they?
