TallmanNYCParticipantI just got the Derek Rose 1.5s from Adidas. They are great performance shoes. They are so light you don’t feel like you are wearing anything. I like the low profile and good grip (like a sports car hugging the curve when you make your move). The knock on them is that they don’t have a lot of cushion. But after a two hour run on Saturday, I didn’t feel like that was a problem. I might feel different if it had been outdoors on concrete or asphalt though.
From back in the day, the Jordan XI. Carbon fiber spring plate and very grippy soles gave it great performance. Patent leather gave it unmatched style. I loved that shoe.
