Gone way too soon at the age of 26. Some reports say he had a heart attack although I’m not sure if that has been confirmed yet.

Sad news. Those 7 footers sure do have a lot of heart issues. You’d think with modern medicine they’d be able to make some progress by now. RIP Fabricio.

Damn rip Fab. Whenever I hear about a heart attack at that age I automatically think it’s drug related. Hope his spirit finds peace.

It is always sad when someone dies at 26yo. Acording to some brazilians reports, the cause of the death is still not confirmed.
According to these same reports, he was unhappy with basketball, so he was planning on starting his own business in his hometown…
