celticsthugyou are right probable. but his injury prone and will want more money than he is worth. what other sf will be fa this summer. id hate to see Celtics lose this guy without replacing his skill set.

ZachAttackParticipantTurner almost cost Boston the game last night. He had a few key turnovers. I wouldn’t want him on my team. And Nic Batum isn’t injury prone… he’s been injured before. But that doesn’t make him injury prone.

natevalParticipantThough Batum and Turner have a similar game Batum is a starter and will have a much higher demand then Turner. I don’t think the OP was saying Turner would be the best available FA on the market. Evan Turner was 5th in voting for 6th man of the year this season. So a panel of NBA related people vote on this award throughout the country. Out of all the players coming off the bench in the NBA this panel has voted Turner as the 5th best. Why wouldn’t you want Turner on your team? Zachattack if Tuner was on the Jazz in 2016 at the bargin price of 3.5 million I could make the argument that if the Jazz had a guy like Tuner they would have made the playoffs this year
Crawford 5.6 mil
Iggiy 11.1 mil
Barton 3.5 mil
Kanter 16.4 mil
Tuner 3.5 million

celticsthugthat’s what im saying who is out there that can replace his rebounding points and ballhandling for a decent price. im scared to pay evan 10 mil a season. but who in that price range is better and available.

trapgamesolidParticipantTurner is the most irritating player to watch at times, because of his bonehead midnblowing turnovers, missed defensive assignments or cheap fouls. But he also does alot of good things and I have to tip my hat off to Brad Stevens for finding aways to maximize his talents.
The Cs are probably gunna have to resign him since they failed to draft anyone that could duplicate Turner’s production in the past couple drafts and will probably opt to upgrade their frontline in this year’s draft.
They cannot afford to let him go, but they can afford to overpay him a bit (12-13Mil a year). So he comes at a low risk in my opinion.
