fastforward322ParticipantDoes anyone think Evan Turner will be a bust? I hope not but he’s struggled horribly so far in summer league and I’ve only seen part of the preseason game tonight, but he’s not doing great. I think he’ll eventually turn it around but does anyone think he’ll never live up to his potential?

llperezhavent watched either of his preseason games so far, but right now in tonights game which is still going on and the first game he is a combined 1-11 from the field with 1 assist. Not exactly lighting it up.

OrangeJuiceJonesParticipantHe’ll find his groove, but it’s gonna take him a little bit longer than expected. He isn’t a freak athlete and he doesn’t have a consistent jumper, so I don’t expect him to score a lot this year.

immaletufinishbutParticipantThey need to put some better pieces around the kid, soon as they get somebody for him to pass the ball to, then he will look just like in college.

boxn1Participanthe doesn’t fit really. If Iggy wasn’t there he would. its hard to spend 3 seasons with the ball in your hands, and all of a sudden move off the ball and try to fit in. He is a talented guy and can do a few things well so in time he will contribute though.

dazeoneParticipantMan I saw him get picked clean against Rondo on the nba.com highlight. Granted Rondo is fast and can do that against anyone. Its not looking good for Turner.

Chill_dude03ParticipantI was never really high on Evan Turner like alot of folks were. He’s overrated to me. I thought he would be average at best. You also have to look at the fact that he’s just a rookie and it’s only preseason. Don’t pay attention to the preseason because it doesn’t really count. He’ll be ok. As a Wizards fan I’m glad we selected John Wall instead of Evan Turner. That pick to me was a no brainer. John Wall is going to be something special. I can tell because of the way he carrys himself and his work ethic.
