Marcus Eriksson is only 16 but he’s already signed a contract with Manresa, in Spain, because he’s a really good shooter, especially from long-range. The proof is in this video. Eriksson tried to score the most 3-pointers in 5 minutes. Result? 78 successes on 81 attempts and 52 baskets in a row!

He has been playing in the Nike IJT this year. The birthdate on the Euroleague webpage might be inaccurate as FIBA has him born in 1993.

Ray Allen has had a long career at the highest level of basketball and proved he is if not the best, that he is 1 of the greatest shooters of all time. So i think its a lil too early to even mention this guys name in the same sentence as Ray Allen. Im sure if Ray Allen stood in a gym wide open with nobody checkin  him he could knock down a hell of alotta jumpers in a row.

Ray Allen is/was way more than just a shooter though, I mean Steve Novac is an outstanding shooter, just shooting skills don’t make you a legit player.

It’s much different to shoot wide open by yourself then to shoot with adrenaline, blood pumping, sweat dripping, and breathing hard.  He seems like a pretty good shooter, but don’t compare him to Ray Allen.. Ray Allen was not just a shooter in his post-Celtics years.

Ray Allen has 2545 career 3 pointers only 15 behind Reggie Miller and by the end of his career may well have put the record out of sight. Also in several NBA GM surveys he’s been voted the best player off the ball in the NBA, throw in over 21,750 career points and 9 All Star Games so if a young guy could be better than him then he’d be a top pick lock for when he declares.
