shipargosParticipantEnes is doing a good work playing for Turkey, albeit a bit inconsistent, but solid in general.
He is also hitting an amazing free throw rate. Jonas is doing a good work also with a big hustle, but he is being hurt by foul trouble and turnovers.
This experience will hlep both of them, especially Kanter that hast played much to be more NBA ready, (hoping there is a season).

mikeyvthedonParticipantTurkey advance to the 2nd round. I did notice that Kanter played sparingly today and only finished with a bucket. Still has to be very encouraging for Jazz fans to see him getting PT against really solid comp in Eurobasket and holding his own. Kind of alleviates some of the worry of his having "not played in 2 years". I have a feeling that Kanter is going to be a solid 4/5 in the league, feel the Jazz made the right pick.
As far as Jonas is concerned, I feel he has a great deal of potential, but this is a wake-up call for Raptors fans who were anointing him Dwight Howard’s greatest adversary. He has almost as many turnovers as rebounds (11/13), and even more fouls (14) through his 4 games playing with Lithuania (benched for one). He played well in garbage time against Spain, but the kid is still a while away from being considered the steal of the draft he was made out to be playing against over manned U-19 comp.
Would have been interesting to see Kanter play at that level, his numbers more than likely would have been even more staggering. Keep in mind that his numbers playing U-18 (when he was a year younger than the age limit) include three games where he basically was rested and played less than 20 minutes. In the 6 games he played over 20 minutes, he averaged over 25 ppg and 19 rpg.
