I don’t know much about Kanter other than his recruit profile notes and whatnot. I was kind of under the impression Orton would take over at C if Cousins leaves, is Kanter good enough to beat out Daniel Orton?

Kanter would play the 4 because he’s 6-9.

Kanter is a huge pickup. He has it all and has deep range. I expect him to be a top 5 pick in 2011

1.from what i read it looks like washington was still recruiting bigmen because they weren’t sure about how many games he would have to sit out next year

2.From the souting reports ive seen he should be able to play the 4 especially with a shotblocker like orton next to him. He is a beast on the boards(one site said he had 50points ans 20 rebounds in his last high school game) and is pretty good at scoring in the lowpost. I havent seen too much written about his defense though

3.I didnt see duke on the list but besides Washington the other schools were Florida State, Syracuse and Kentucky

is a ok prospect. he doesnt have it all as okee seems to think.he does have potential but he will not come in and dominate or even be real good in college. he doesnt have deep range. nopr consistant midrange game. he is a leaper though. got to see him play when i was in turkey. by his 2nd 3rd year in college he could be pretty damn good though
