Elliot Williams is a unique player who, IMO, benefited greatly from his transfer to Memphis. Elliot was productive as a freshman at Duke, however decided to leave to be closer to his ailing mother. He is a lefty slasher, in the mold of former Kansas Guard Keith Langford, however his game is much more well rounded than Langford. Williams is ultra-athletic, consistantly throwing down highlight reel dunks, he is long, and has a very good stroke all the way out past NBA range. Williams also plays very solid D, and uses his long arms to get into the passing lanes. I believe he is a late first rounder if he leaves this year, possible late lottery if he comes back next year and stars on a surefire top 15 memphis team…who do you compare Elliot Williams game to? How do you think he will fare in the NBA?

My brother is a duke fan so i watch most of their games and i remember him, he would always come in and “wow” me. Haven’t seen him play since he transfered but he was good at duke and probably didn’t get worse.
