SpartanGloryParticipantThe Grizzlies have allowed him to walk and become an UFA. Who should he sign with? I know this won’t happen but I think he would be fun to watch with Philly’s young team.

burgessfourParticipantHe would be a perfect fit for Philly (I’m a Sixers fan). Hinkie doesn’t seem like he values PF’s very much……….or winning. But they have to sign someone.

OhCanada-ParticipantI could see him averaging 13/14 ppg 8 rpg and 1.5 bpg in Philly if given the right minutes. New York would also be wise to pick hin up. Ed is a good player and he has probally improved since his Toronto days playing behind Z-Bo and Marc. Should be interesting to see this play out.

TRC1991ParticipantI could see Utah signing him. They could use an athletic young big off the bench that can spell both Favors and Kanter

Chilbert arenasParticipantI hate to say it since I really liked him coming into the league but I’ve started to give up on Ed Davis.

celtics1982ParticipantI think he would fit on the Celtics at center. He seems to be very good at blocking shots and always seems to have a good PER in limit minutes. It won’t happen, but this is the type of young player with upside that Danny should be looking at.
Anyone have advance defensive metric on Davis? Is he consider good at defending close to rim in regards to fg% allowed?

r377ParticipantThe Kings could use a decent PF. Minnesota if they lose Love will need a starting PF.
In detroit I will assume they will lose either Monroe or Josh Smith. They could look at Davis, I know in the 2010 draft they were looking hard at taking Ed Davis @ 7 if Monroe was off the board……
