IndianaBasketballParticipantThe Pacers are playing for something bigger than just beating the Heat, but you can understand a team being pumped about winning a tough game on the Heat’s home floor. Here’s what D. Wade had to say about it in post game… Go to 1:48:
Now, let’s go back to last year’s Finals versus Dallas and see what D. Wade had to say then after he pre-maturely celebrated in front of Dallas’ bench…

IndianaBasketballParticipantI can’t believe how unlikeable this guy has become… Somebody get him a binky.

A Lil EnglishParticipantAny room left on the bandwagon?
0 - Posted on: Wed, 05/16/2012 - 3:58am #670502

Wavy BagelsParticipantIf this was professional wrestling, D Wade would be considered a "Heel" or badguy. Y2G knows what I’m talking’ bout.

Wavy BagelsParticipantBut I agree. Wade has become an unlikeable, overzealous personailty in the league. I’m all for celebrating, but don’t be a hypocrite if you don’t like it happening to you.

IndianaBasketballParticipantWade of all people complaining about celebrating (two players doing a chest bump and then running into the lockerroom) when the Heat celebrated multiple championships before even playing a game… Disrespecting the entire league.
Last season versus Boston, they celebrated like they won the title and was hugging lol.
Hypocrisy at it’s finest.

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantBosh would the hand of the Heels BUT he would eventually turn face and demand a trade…
Wade and Lebron would be left to go 2 on 5 and eventually they have a falling out…
This is when Lebron returns to Baby Face days and leaves South Beach/D.Wade behind…

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantWade is absolute Douche Bag, you can it written all over his face…
I think Bosh and Lebron to an extent have been influenced by this jerk and that’s why they get so much resentment from fans accross the globe
My wife doesn’t follow sports outside of Philadelphia and she absolutely hates Wade and Lebron, she claims he comes off as Cocky and Arrogant on the court and in post game interviews, she watches a lot of reality T.V so I think she can spot a Douche Bag from a mile away…

goneParticipantThe Heat are The Evolution of the NBA
Triple H = Lebron
Batista = Wade
Orton = Bosh
Flair = Riley

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantWade was the Mastermind behind The Big 3 thus he would be The HHH of the NBA…
Lebron is Orton and Bosh is Bautista, you made the perfect pick for Ric Flair Woooooooooooooooo
Spolstra is like Micheal Cole, he could be replaced today and we wouldn’t even notice it LOL…

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantHoly crap!
I thought all of the Heat hate had died down last season! It’s crazy how Wade says he didn’t like the Pacers’ celebration and everybody hates him but when Derrick Rose said he didn’t like the Pacers’ celebration, everybody says, "Wow, Derrick Rose! Way to stand up for yourself!". There is so much hate, it makes some people look foolish to dislike somebody they know nothing about personally, whatsoever.

NYK2010ParticipantWade lol getting on a young team for celebrating.
Yeah I’m sure he didn’t do any back in the 05 season, lighten up worry about your team and how awful you were offensively.
Don’t miss your last 4 shots and free throws and they have nothingn to celebrate about.

mikeyvthedonParticipantI think most athletes tend to be guilty of it in some situations. I have never seen a team just walk quietly to their bench after making a great play in a close game. There is always excitement. Yes, Dwyane Wade is the pot calling the kettle black in this situation and looks pretty lame.
Whatever it takes to light a fire under his butt. Dallas used his celebrating as motivation, guess he is trying to do the same thing. Looks a tad ridiculous talking about it, but what do you expect? Miami put the target on themselves and always will be judged harshly for the way they came together and their reaction when doing so.
It is not unwarranted, just leads to happier gloating when they falter and say the same things most athletes say. Dwyane Wade and LeBron James obviously would be best off taking full accountability for their actions and not caring about the actions of others. The thing is, don’t think anyone really does that, lol. Plus, than we wouldn’t have much to talk about, would we?
They screwed up, lets see if they turn it around. Stranger things have happened. If Dwyane Wade tells himself this is any worse than what he has done in the past and uses it as motivation, I am pretty sure he would not be the first person to do so.

jerb2011Participantis honestly why I hate Dwayne Wade. He flops, he throws fits when a call doesn’t go his way, he tries to be a tough guy against smaller players (as we saw yesterday against Darren Collison), and he has just become a punk. He can "dish it" but he can’t "take it".

Counting StarsParticipantWade, Bosh and Lebron went from being three of the most popular players in the entire league to guys everyone is rooting against, but they did it to themselves. Wade and Lebron acted like children last year in the finals when they mocked Dirk for being sick. I lost repsect for Lebron after "The Decision" and has added flopping to his game way too much. Bosh has stopped trying to be the best player at his position. People are noticing Wade’s flopping now and his prima donna attitude isn’t helping his public image. Maybe karma really does catch up to people.

IndianaBasketballParticipantWhen have you ever seen Derrick Rose celebrate, brag or showboat though? That’s why nobody really jumped on him when he said anything…And during that game, the Pacers celebrated so much on the Bulls home floor and then even carried it into the lockerroom. There were reports you could hear them through outside of the lockeroom.I don’t really think the two situations are very comparable. You have one guy who’s been showboating and rubbing things in other players’ faces for years and is now pouting about a team doing it to him. And it wasn’t even much of a celebration… They bumped chests and ran off of the floor.0 - Posted on: Wed, 05/16/2012 - 7:33am #670564

Forte IVParticipantWhat player doesn’t throw fits when a call doesn’t go his way? And I like how you mentioned he tries to be tough against small guys. Wade is only 6’4" lol. It would be one thing if he was 7’0" talking trash to Collison. But there is only a 4 inch difference lol. Some of the hate comments hoenstly make me laugh.

McDunkinyall mad?
0 - Posted on: Wed, 05/16/2012 - 9:00am #670594
BA30ParticipantThat flagrant foul on Wade was essentially a temper tantrum when he nailed Collison. He was trying to be a bully because he didn’t get the call on the other end of the floor. Lebron and D-Wade walk around like they have are entitled and should be treated better than everyone else and the media (mostly ESPN) supports it. ESPN and David Stern are as much to blame as these guys because they are enablers.

Jlv2012Wait until the Pacers wrap up the series at home in game six.
