Lebron’s HairlineParticipantAccording to Stephen A. Smith, Dwight told Rudy Gay that he messed up and should’ve waited until the offseason so he could join Dwight in Brooklyn; how true do you think these comments are? I say 60% as the lakers title window has closed and Dwight doesn’t look like he’s having fun anymore. http://blacksportsonline.com/home/2013/02/report-dwight-howard-telling-opposing-players-he-will-be-in-brooklyn-next-year/

TyroberParticipantHard to put faith in anything Dwight says. Even if he did say it he could just as easily change his mind 3 or 4 times… and he probably will. Don’t know how Brooklyn is going to trade for all these people though.

FastAndFuriousParticipantDwight just needs to go somewhere and make it work!
Dwight is SOFT!!! Why? Because, he has been babied all his life, when he was in HS im pretty sure no one ever told Dwight what to do, when he was in Orlando he was treated like a baby and got away with things.
Now he goes to LA to win and he’s ran into the most competitive guy probably to ever suit up(besides MJ) and he is HARD on Dwight because he wants to win, and Dwight can’t handle it, is Kobe always right? NO, but Dwight has got to understand wherever he goes where there are other superstars who want to win a championship, he’s going to get cussed out if he’s not playing well, he’s not used to it, but he will have to learn that he’s not going to be babied by other superstars.

BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantI don’t think the door to Brooklyn is open for Howard. Starting in 2013-14, a team cannot receive a signed-and-traded player if their payroll ends up $4 million over the tax level. For the Lakers and Nets to work a deal, they would either need to make the trade this month or find a taker this summer for the 1-year and $12 million left on the Kris Humphries deal to help Brooklyn lower their payroll in the deal so as to make it possible under the CBA (assuming the major parts are Lopez for Howard).

Lebron’s HairlineParticipantInteresting, I’m pretty sure Lopez wil be shipped if Howard is going to be signed in a trade

TallmanNYCParticipantWell I don’t know how they would get Dwight either, but I’m pretty sure Humphries expiring contract is fairly easy to move. Not to mention he is a decent PF, nothing special, but definitely a guy you can play and who seems to not give you any trouble in the locker room (and now that Kardashian is a thing of the past, unlikely to give you off court problems).
If Dwight threatens to leave Lakers, would Lakers do sign and trade for Lopez?

machu46ParticipantThis.
The story is that Dwight told Rudy the last time the Lakers played the Raptors that Rudy messed up.
1. Rudy didn’t have a choice in the matter.
2. Rudy wasn’t with the Raptors yet.
3. Dwight is an idiot.0
