 I find it strange how most people believe that Coach K is beating Coach Cal at his own game which is the one and done game.  With the exception of the Noel injury stricken team that lacked depth Coach Cals UK teams have had great success.  Is it because Duke is coming off of a national title? Coach K has recruited and dimes but haven’t had much success aside from last years tittle team. The Kyrie Irving team which I thought was Coach K’s best team overall struggled in the end in large part due to maybe chemistry issues,. The Austin Rivers era was a dude. Jabari Parkersburg Duke team was upset. I guess it’s because Coach K has a monster class coming just next year with Giles and Tatum who I don’t think will be great. I see a lot of Kyle Singler in his game mainly because he is talk and skilled which allows him to dominate at the HS level but doesn’t have my hat next gear to factor into much else when faced with NBA athletes and talent. All I know is if UK can get Monk who I’m very high on they will have the number one class and a lot of momentum depending on how their bugs develope

 I don’t even know why teams not named Duke or Kentucky even bother…

 Why, because you need one and done’s every year to field a competitive team? That’s ridiculous. Ask UConn or Lousiville why they bothered recruiting over the last few years while Kentucky and Duke have led the recruiting trail. They can point to trophies on the mantle. Ask every team that’s won a conference championship, advanced to the NCAA tournament, or watched a teammate/student make it to the NBA. Additionally, a lot of schools have very loyal fan bases that are actually supported by having most or all of its players stay for 2 or more years of school. They have a lot invested in those players and teams.
