Pistol Pete. The PelicanParticipantPerry Jones III is playing pretty good in Preseason, just saying. I hope he can carry it over, and what was being said about his knees isn’t true.

F_S mockwere seeing all the big names, "potential guys" that dropped perform well.
perry jones: if he can hit open shots with okc he’s gonna do very well… a big concern was that he was too much of a shooter all along, and thats something okc can use very well to open the lane for their big 3. pj3 he was quoted saying something like ‘if i get the ball and i’m open im gonna shoot it for my team mate’… that’s what i wanna hear coming from him

The8thDeadlySinParticipantWhile Jones fills a role that Jeff Green left, I feel like his biggest impact in OKC will come when he leaves. I think he will be played a lot early in the season to show that he can play and then be will be traded with Harden or Perkins, or both, to help OKC get a piece or 2 to push them to the next level.

Toronto16ParticipantThe issue with Jones has never been his talent, it’s his motor and if his knees will last.

A Lil EnglishParticipantThis is what happens when you have a solid point guard like Maynor who will pass the ball to Jones and co.

HitsterParticipantPJ3 will be a useful option for the Thunder and he will not see huge minutes so his knees should not see a lot of wear and tear. If the Thunder do lack one thing it might be another true scoring option behind KD, WestBrook and Harden, whilst PJ3 would not seem an immediate scoring option, his shooting could be a major asset as he will be in a position to get open shots on occasions.
