Whether it be through the draft or trade… What would you like to see your team do?

Cavs: With Draft Express suggesting Melo may fall out of the top 5…

    #5 Draft Lamelo Ball
Trade Darius Garland to Detroit for #7 (based on rumors they’ll go PG at 7)
#7 Draft Isaac Okoro, Onyeka Okongwu, or Patrick Williams

    PG: Melo/Sexton
    SG: Kevin Porter Jr/Sexton
    SF: Okoro / Dylan Windler
PF – Kevin Love / Tristan Thompson / Larry Nance JR
    C – Andre Drummond

This still won’t have the Cavs near the playoffs but they’ll be armed with 4 key young stars to build around for years to come which is all I can hope for in Cleveland. No one meaningful is ever coming here during free agency.

I’m hoping somehow Oturu slips to us and we pick him up. Highly doubt it though. Theres about 5 bigs I’d like us to pick tbh. Dewan Hernandez just seems too passive. Hes too slow to make decisions. However I think we are gonna pick another gaurd because thers just soo many guys being slept on that would fit in perfectly with our team like Flynn, Dotson, Riller etc. Especially with Terrence Davis legal issues that maybe the rote we are taking.

    Dream scenario for the Lakers:

Trade pick 28 to the 76ers for picks 34 and 36.
Draft Grant Riller in this dream scenario he falls to 34. (yeah right, but it’s a dream scenario)
    Draft Cassius Winston at 36.

Trade for fit Kyle Kuzma for Kevin Huerter and pick 50 from the Hawks.
Draft Jordan Nwora with pick 50.

Ditch Cacok and Waiters off the roster.
Sign Jevon Carter for a bargain.
Keep Rondo, Howard and Morris for cheap.
Re-sign Anthony Davis for 4 years.
    A. Bradley, McGee opt to stay.
Pope can do what he wants…
Horton-Tucker, Green and of course LeBron stay put.
Hope that we can have a Quinn Cook and/or Alex Caruso for a future 2nd deal. (remember dream scenario…)
    Kostas and Dudley are gone.

Big rebuild, but keep the core and push all the chips in for another couple title shots. The back court would be pretty good and I’d imagine the entire roster would be more competitive.

For Utah at 23 the dream scenario realistically for me would be Kira Lewis. That ain’t happening. I know the Jazz are looking to buy into the second round.

Trade #23 and Niang to Dallas for 18 and 31. That actually might be a low key steal for Dallas, I just think the Jazz really like Juwan Morgan. Jazz get RJ Hampton at 18 and Xavier Tillman at 31 (really unlikely now considering how well he did in the combine). Buy a second rounder off New Orleans or Philly and get Sam Merrill who I think can be an opening night rotation player. Jazz sign Justin Holiday in FA and resign Clarkson.

    PG: Conley, Hampton, Williams-Goss
    SG: Mitchell, Clarkson, Merrill
    SF: Ingles, O’Neale, Oni
    PF: Bogdanovic, Morgan, Brantley
    C: Gobert, Bradley, Tillman

I really like Oni too. I think that if the Jazz lose Clarkson…he’s the replacement #2. He played really well in the bubble and in the G-League and he definitely fits the Jazz DNA.

The best (realistic) deal I’ve seen proposed for my Spurs is a trade that would send DeRozan, Gay and the #11 pick for Aaron Gordon, Terence Ross & Mo Bamba.

I actually love watching both DeMar and Rudy play their crafty-old-man-on-the-playground games, and I hate to see them go, but the Spurs need to put the ball in Derrick White’s hands.

My dream would be trading the first pick, Johnson and Culver for Ben Simmons, but that’s not happening.
So, I’ll take Edwards at 1, a Power Forward at 17 Achiuwa or Smith, and best available back-up Point Guard at 33.

    For New Orleans
Trade Jrue Holiday for a roster player and mid to late first round pick. Draft a shooter.
Draft Nesmith, Lewis, or Achiuwa depending on who has been chosen with their first round pick.
With the second round pick, draft for potential (Azubuike, Stewart, Stanley) or Quickley.
Overall, just to add shooters, interior defense and scoring, and a boom/bust developmental gamble.
