2. Bucks- Exum: the bucks figure at worst he’s a starting shooting gaurd (I.e. Shaun Livingston now)

3. 76ers- Joel Embiid ( traded to for wiggins and  a future first rounder or two second rounders or a player) Cleveland gets the player they wanted all along and he doesn’tave to live up to the expectations of the number 1 pick

4. Magic- Jabari Parker ( Orlando ends up with marcus smart and 2 first round draft picks

5. Jazz- Marcus smart ( traded for Parker and two future first round picks) this is a dream situation for the jazz and will do what it takes to get him.

6. Boston- Noah Vonleh/Aaron Gordon/Julius Randle ( this pick is going to Minnesota for Kevin love along with pick #17 a future number 1 and player on the roster except rondo.

7. Lakers- Aaron Gordon/ Noah Vonleh/Julius Randle- if they want an instant impact they go with Julius Randle of they want upside they go with which ever player is left on the board 

8.kings- Draft the last of the three power forwards but only trade to the highest bidder because they target Elfrid Payton whom they can get later as long as they stay in the lottery and ahead of PHX because they could be in the market for a point gaurd and possibly adding a wing to replace Rudy gay after next year.
9.Hornets- in need of real star power they go with Zach LaVine hoping he reaches his potential
10.76ers- they could be the team that makes the trade with the kings and end up with a PF. If not they go with a wing and take Rodney hood or James Young

 I know there are reports of Philly doing whatever possible to get wiggins but if wiggins is gone and embiid is there I don’t know if they trade embiid and a future first to get wiggins. Embid is the best player in this draft to me. If philly got him at 3 then they should be jumping around.
