    Does anyone know if the league makes the officials sit down and watch the game to review it afterwards. I think that they should. They would start to pick up on the fact the Lebron and Wade are flopping so often. They each got a call last game where the replay shows they were not touched yet they both went flying as if they were hit in the chest with a sledgehammer. Don’t even get me started on Lebron’s acting and then winking to his coach cause he got away with it. I can’t stand the arrogance. Sorry to get off topic, I think if the officials reviewed every game they would see what is going on and not give them so many calls.

     The refs go back and watch the tap after every single game. They are graded on every call and no call.

    There are wayyyy too many refs that still have their job for these grading things to be legit.

    There are different officials each game, but they do watch tape and get information from the League office about it.

    Also, while people are talking about Lebron and Wade flopping every game, they should look at the tape themselves.  Dirk got 3 steps on his game winner on Tuesday.  Whenever he drives and gets any contact, he always gets a 3rd step.

    To my understanding they do review and grade the refs,which is why certain refs make it this far. The issue is that Stern backs the refs no matter the circumstance or call. It makes the refs untouchable. I personally haven’t been satisfied with the refs performance this entire post season.

    I agree that wade and lebron, so does dirk, but in general this post season has seen a lot of flops, fouls, and amount of free throws a players takes per games is off the charts
