QHaynes20Ill answer them in order
John Wall
John Henson
Rodney Williams
I dunno yet…gotta wait. Also, funny how this site can get us some ratings for Rodney Williams but it takes like 2 years for a Evan Turner or Cole Aldrich rating.

MagikKnickParticipantBest: John Wall, lets just say hes living up to the hype….
Dissapointing: Derrick Favors, he gets better every game…seems like hes still adjusting, but I expected him to come and the gate and put up 20ppg, 10rpg, and 3bpg, i think he’ll eventually live up to his top 5 expectations, just needs more time
Surprising: Kenny Boynton, nobody has talked about him much, but hes putting up 20ppg for a 3-0 Florida team…
BJ Mullens/Jrue Holiday: Avery Bradley….im kinda pissed Avery hasnt been dropping buckets, dominating, and proving himself to be the shit, but im just gonna blame a lack of playtime for now

QHaynes20Like I said before, Bradley will be a 2 year guy. He needs a year to actually play PG.
Boynton is getting it done. He has a big game against Florida State so he can increase his stock

JNixonParticipantBest Freshman So Far: John Wall-Kentucky. He’s been a beast out there. Talk about a specimen for a PG? WHEW. He’s not quite a pure playmaking passer, but he’s good at finding open players or cutters in the dribble drive game. He’s also a better shooter than most people (including me) thought. He’s similar to Derrick Rose in that sense. He just needs to tighten up his fundamentals on D and he’s going to be a beast.
Most Dissapointing Freshman So Far: I’d have to say it’s John Henson-UNC. I saw him play in the McDonald’s game and 1 other game in HS, and I was impressed with his skill-level at his size. I came away thinking he’s be a great collegiate with an Anthony Randolph-type level of production (from college). He’s too raw right now to play a huge role for UNC this season as he is right now. He needs more weight and to continue to polish his game some more.
Most Surprising Freshman So Far: I think it’s been Eric Bledsoe. I thought he’d be a good player off the bat because he’s more polished than most Freshmen, but he’s shown that he can be a game-breaker for spurts of games when hot. He does need to improve his ball-handling, which would be below-average for a PG, and work on picking his spots better (him and John Wall need to do this). But he’s been better than I could have imagined so far.
This seasons Jrue Holiday/BJ Mullens: (freshman expected to do good, but doesnt/wont do well at all): Wally Judge-Kansas State. I’m a huge K-State fan, and I’ve watched every second of their games this season so far, and he’s at least 2 seasons away from really playing to his potential. He’s an athletic and strong player, who rebounds well and finishes outstanding at the rim, but anything outside of that is iffy as of right now. He’s just not quite skilled enough to really put his physical gifts to fruition yet. But by his Sophomore or Junior Yr, we’re talking about a top-10 pick.

JNixonParticipantSiva provides everything Sosa does, with more athleticism and a slightly worse jumper…I think you should watch for him next year. He’s an exciting young player..

tonyl33ParticipantBest Freshmans – Hands down to John Wall, taking the rock and doing his damn thing. A little sloppy but still doing his thing.
Most Dissappointing Freshman – Royce White, suppose to be instante offense and complete player for the Gophers. He was consider a one and done, now he’s just done something stupied by robbing the mall and students droping his stock with no playing time and bad character.
Most surprsing – Rodney Williams starting for the Gophers. I heard they were thinking about sitting him out this year but then he’s starting now. Thanks to Royce White and he legal troubles Williams is eating up all the minutes at the SF position.

RICO 1981ParticipantBest frosh has to be john wall, but favors is a right behind him.
Most Dissappointing to me is Avery Bradley, 7 pts per game is not what’s up followed by Michael Snaer who i thought would be killing for FSU.
Most Surprising has got to Xavier Henry, only for the fact that i didn’t think he would be playing a high level this early.
This seasons Jrue Holiday/BJ Mullens to me will be DeMarcus Cousins, I know he has be steady but trust me as the level of comp rises he will not produce like he should.
