They showed lebrons jersey being burned and the camera switching to him afterward? i have 2 admit im not a lebron fan but even that image hurt me a little bit. and if u noticed James started blinking alot and his tone of voice changed. I honestly thought he was gonna cry. I was amazed how he held himself together to finish that interview. Now u could argue that its wat he deserved 4 having an espn special but its gotta hurt 2 see ur hometown burning ur jersey. I mean how long before he can go back to his home in cleveland? damn..

I know right taht was really meseed up he put his heart out for cleveland 7 years and when he decides to leave they burn his jersey call him bad names in then the owner acts liek he won lebron and call him out said he want trying in the playoffs. He had to get his wife mom and kids from ohio because they were hearing crazy stuff he played there all his life bought a lot of money to cleveland and basically boost the ecenomy in cleveland biy hisself and thats how the fans repay him. The owner called him selfish if he was selfish he wouldve stayed with cleveland because he wouldve made more money their that shows how much he wants a ring. He has the cahnce to do something special with wade, and bosh they can win for years. Maybe he did right thing

I still think LeBron handle “The Decision” poorly. He didn’t seem happy about joining Miami when he announced when he was going there and he didn’t seem remorseful about leaving Cleveland. I thought that he was going to tell Cleveland that “I really wish I could stay in Cleveland but I just wanted to win so bad and I didn’t feel like I could in Cleveland” or something like that. I even thought that he would start crying. He showed no emotion and he handled all of this very poorly.

yea that was really crazy. if he wouldve stayed n kept coming up short would his “legacy” b any better? i rather go for the so called “tarnished” rings than to b the greatest player without a ring. as anybody could c it was the hardest decision he had to make but it was one that had to b made.

Maybe it’s because he never took the Knicks seriously… I mean, come on lol… Everybody outside of New York knew they didn’t have a chance.

Surely LeBron has enough confidence that he wouldn’t fall short every year and he could actually win one as the leader (oops) of his own team.

He may have handled this whole recruiting process poorly, but he doesn’t deserve to be exiled from the damn city as if he is some terrorist. He has done so much for the city as both a player and a human being. Yes, I think he is tarnishing his legacy by joining Wade and Bosh, but he doesn’t deserve this type of treatment. The whole thing with a Cleveland based company selling T-shirts saying things about his family and “FULBJ” shows extremely poor taste by the fans of Cleveland.

Legacy??? Personally I would take Lebron over any small foward ever to play, so I dont think anything is gonna be wrong with his legacy… On the same level he better win several championships with all that BULLSHIT he was talking at the introduction…

Sometimes you need somebody to hate just as bad as you need somebody to love. It just goes to show Lebron gave this city a pulse and is keeping its heart beating not through love but hate. For all he has done for this city to unite them leaving Cleveland will not disband the city as a unit, leaving will only make this unit stronger.
