I played the Shenmue series endlessly. I was the only one of my friends that liked the game. One night, I stayed up until 6:00 A.M. earning money through the forklift job. I could never beat Chai, the old, spotty Muay Thai fighter in the purple robe. Here’s a parody of it:

I spent a whole 3 months on that game…sometimes the realisticness pissed me off, especially the walking everywhere, i think i made it to the end of the last disk where you had to ride a motorcycle somewhere but i couldnt get past it and gave up

Wow. The infamous motorcycle scene. That brings back so many scenes. Snot bubbles, tears, and being grounded for dropping the F-bomb with every odd-numbered word over the span of a minute at the top of my lungs. I also called Nozomi an “AIDS-infested whore” out of pure anger. It took me at least a dozen tries before I could get past that scene. I must have played the 70-man battle 15 times just to release my anger.

I had that shenmue game for the dreamcast I really liked I thought that it was a well put together game for that time period.

The Heat averaged just 17.5 points per game on 3-pointers last season (17.9 percent of their points), which ranked 20th in the NBA. Obviously there’s a risk in trying to improve that figure. But if the HEAT can turn some of their missed opportunities on the fastbreak into open 3-pointers for Allen, then there’s no reason they can’t improve on their 104.3 offensive efficiency rating from 2011-2012.
