The Mavericks, Nuggets and Nets have held discussions about a three-way trade that would send Devin Harris back to Dallas as the centerpiece.
Raymond Felton and Timofey Mozgov, who will likely be acquired in the Carmelo Anthony trade with the Knicks, would be sent to New Jersey.

No clue. Really not necessary unless the Mavs can swing a solid small forward in the deal as well.
Not quite sure what they would be giving up, hate to see Terry go. Barea has been solid as well, could see him being dealt.

Harris would give them more size in comparison to Barea/Terry. He would also give them more of a real PG than those guys, and someone who could effectively slide over to the 2 as well in certain scenarios. I would be hesitant to start Harris if I were Dallas, though, because that would put two mediocre shooters together in the same backcourt in Kidd and Harris.

Why fix something that isn’t broken? Dallas is 2nd in the west right now. They are fine with what they got especially if Butler returns in the playoffs.

I don’t know what that has to do with anything.
My point was that Dallas really has no need for an off-injured point guard who’s best days are behind him. They have plenty of guards on their roster… Roddy B just returned and is starting alongside Kidd. Then they bring in Barea, who’s been very good this season as a starter or a reserve. Then there’s Jason Terry. Where would Harris play?
