NihochuParticipantIn April he is averaging 18 points and almost six assist with only 1.6 turnovers in 33 mins per game. Do you think he is finally coming back to the old Devin Harris ? If the Jazz were to make the playoffs and he was playing like this this would really help them … Do you think they should still try get a point guard in the Draft ? (On NbaDraft it predicts Kendall Marshall going to them at 8) or do you think that he is going back do the Harris of old ?

dede21I do not think Marshall is a good fit this teams needs more shooting to space the floor Marshall would only make it much worse, and Harris does look pretty good.

llperezHarris isn’t a guy that will make anyone super excited he’s there starting pg. But if he is confident and healthy, he is a starting pg in the league. As for te draft, I think the jazz should just flat out go best guy available.

lisergxParticipantHe is good when he is good and bad when he is bad, I would like him as a sixth man off the bench tho.

IknoBall12ParticipantDevin cant play his game there. Hes more of a uptempo guy and Utah is more slow down paced offense. Deron williams was able to succeed there becuase he is an elite PG who could play any tempo. Devin harris is a good player but unless they tailor the offense more toward him i dont think Utah fans will ever be super excited to have him

SmooveKRYPTParticipantThey should go Lilliard(if they have both picks). Devin is playing a lot better at the right time which is exactly what they need and have wanted from him since the D. Will trade. He’s more than capable of this play, it’s good to see him finally get back to his old form. Problem is he’s been so inconsistent can they expect this type of play a whole year, and also he will be in the final year of his contract next year. They should get a PG for the future who can score and space the floor with their big man rotation needing space to operate down low.

IndianaBasketballParticipantI think they should go with a point guard. Devin Harris is playing well lately, but he doesn’t have a future with the team.
He’ll be trade bait next season with his expiring contract.

HitsterParticipantI’d figure that the Jazz look for a young PG via the draft and as Indyball says, his expiring deal is trade bait and it gives the new PG a year to learn behind Devin from the bench at worse.

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantThey don’t need to stunt the growth of the Team by trading a Good Starting Pg and drafting a PG with no outside game like Wroten or Marshall or a score First PG like Teague or Lilliard
I think any of those guys would be a sizable downgrade from Devin Harris, all of those guys "could" be better than Harris, but I don’t see it happening for at least 3 to 4 years if it happens at all
Why ruin a good thing??? They are fighting for a playoff spot even after most people wrote them off or ignored them early on and Who knows maybe Harris has regained his confidence and can be the point guard the Jazz need, you know a guy that play defense, run the break and score some points from time to time, he’s not grossly overpaid and he won’t likely command a huge contract when his current on expires
Millsap and Jefferson aren’t waiting 3 years for a rookie to develop just to acheive the same success they are RIGHT NOW as a 8th seed, they have a good chance to become the new 2011 Grizzlies if they put it all together in the last few weeks of this crazy season
I don’t see the sense in Trading Harris and Drafting an inferior replacement, If there was a can’t miss Pg staring them in the face I’d say go for it, but IMO they should draft the B.P.A
I would think they’d want to target MKG, Barnes or T.Jones with The Warriors pick, maybe even take a risk and draft Perry Jones or Mo Harkless if those other 3 are off the board

sheltwon3ParticipantI think that Harris and Lilliard can play together like Terry and Harris did in Dallas. Devin Harris can guard two guard in a pinch. Lilliard plays like a 2 guard. Also you can always bring him off the bench and pair him with Burks who has passing ability. Also since they like playing Hayward off the bench who is a good passer, Lilliard may not need to handle the playmaking duties.

Are you starting to change your opinion on Hayward yet?
