Who do you choose to lead your team on the floor??

Harris, a rising if not proven star in the league who have given some of the league’s best pg fits (ask Tony Parker). Scores in bundles, and one of the best defenders at his position (although it suffered because he picked up the scoring load in New Jersey). Harris has been deep in the play-offs with stellar experience and still has plenty of growing to do as a player.

Rose, a rookie returning to the fold as the new NBA prototype pg who just lead a young Bulls squad to the play-offs and has unbelievable ceiling. Quickness is almost unmatched and his strength at a lead guard is ridiculous.

For as quick as Devin Harris may be, Rose is an even better athlete and stronger player. The guys is gifted, has accomplished more as a team leader already and the sky is honestly the limit. Easily Derrick, as I think he will be the best PG in the league in 2 years. Devin Harris was very impressive last season, but I would take Derrick in a heartbeat.

because rose is younger i will build a team aroun him

but harris will be a nice fit for a good team he has been deep in the playoffs ..in to the playoffs by itself for years can defend hes been around and can contribute and a know his role and his game…and maybe can shoot better then rose as of now

of course devins stats are better he’s been in the league for awhile. rose is just a rookie. but their games are totally different. devin is more a a scorer before he’s thinkin bout passin the ball. rose is a pass first point. both are extrememly talented and quick but the next 2 years i will take harris over rose

LOL— The game of basketball is NOT built on stats alone my man… I may have to disagree on you for that… Just because Devin Harris posts better stats than Rose doesn’t mean that he is the better player… Why is it that Wilt Chamberlain scored 50 a million times and only has 2 rings to show for it? Why does Bill Russell who only averaged 14 ppg has 11 rings to show? I am basing it on who could be a better leader on the floor and it is very very clear to me that Derrick Rose is the guy that can be a better leader among the two. He has the skills, the quickness, the unselfishness and the uncanny ability to lead the Bulls team whereas Devin Harris never led the Nets to the playoffs yet. Derrick Rose led Memphis to the NCAA title game by using his leadership, something that can NEVER be measured by stats. Michael Beasley would have been the better choice should the Bulls based their talent on stats, i mean, he averaged 26 and 12 during his one year tenure as a freshman at Kansas State. Derrick Rose can score whenever he wants to and is never a guy who wants to score 50 because for his own personal gain… He is a team first player, always will and always be. Devin is a good point guard but Derrick Rose will be an EXCELLENT point guard and I will stand with my choice.

    D. Rose you ca look at the numbers but remember Rose was a rookie Harris has been in the league for a couple of years now and I really dont think he is the typical PG he likes to score Rose is a real PG and he is amazing.

I like Devin Harris but i got to go with rose he is strong as crap i think he is the fastest dude in the league and he got sick handles he got potential to be a great defender. Once he get his jumpshot going the sky is the limit for rose.
