i have no problem wiht it being said d rose is the mvp but shouldnt dh12 still be in the discussion i know rose has a tremedous carrying the bulls through the injuries but imagine the mag with out dh12 theyd be top 5 worst teams in the league dh12 is so valuable to the success of that team even more so now then rose boozer noah and deng still keep the bulls in the play offs in the east

Rose has been amazing, but I think everyone should wait until the season concludes. I would definitely think that he is in the lead, especially with being first in the East and carrying a team that doesn’t have a lot of offensive talent and some injuries. Right now the Lakers are only a 1/2 game behind Chicago in the overall standings and Kobe has been great all year. Dallas is only a game and a half back and they lost a lot of games when Dirk got hurt. In my opinion though, despite not having as great of a record, I think Howard has been ridiculous this year. I believe he has improved on both sides of the ball. No one has the impact that he does on offense and defense. He protects the rim, intimidates, draws fouls, keeps the other teams from extra possessions and scores at a 60% clip and would probably do more damage if he got officiated like everyone else. So to reiterate, I think Rose is in the lead, but I think he has some guys on his heels, especially in Kobe and (mostly) Howard.

 Yes, Rose should be MVP, but I hate how everyone is so quick to cancel out Dwight Howard, who is the only guy on the Magic who plays any defense, yet they are still in 4th in the East.
