IndianaBasketballParticipantDespite falling to the 2nd round, San Antonio signed Blair to a 3 year GUARANTEED contract. I’ve read a few different things here and there, but from what I understand it’s worth around $2.73 million. It’s great to see him get what he deserves.

dwat4444ParticipantHE’s looking like A stud. I was watching him play and didn’t know. The announcers were saying his name and I was looking for a husky guy and he was actually very skinny.

romeeezybabyParticipantAfter his time at Pittsburgh was over to get in excellent shape to prepare himself for the rigorous NBA 82 game schedule. Every year there’s always a couple of players who fall to the 2nd draft and end up becoming stud’s, he certainly will fit the bill to be the next one in line along with DeJuan Summers, and Chase Budinger.

doubledribblerParticipantThis is what the Spurs do best. They make great moves. The first move was drafting the guy, the other move was locking him up for 3 years at a very low price though not long ago I had actually heard 4. Even if his knee were to mess up this is definitely a low risk move. After 3 years if he proves he is worth keeping the Spurs will have plenty of money to make a decision on him. Good luck and keep snatching down those boards.

MagikKnickParticipantHes looking good, but damn..he has no ACL’s, wonder how long he’ll REALLY hold up..
I like him, but no way he plays 7+ years in the NBA without ACLs

bballdave3ParticipantI have a friend who’s interning with the medical staff on the Washington Wiz, and the trainer said teams all backed away cause the guy has no more than 3 years in the league. Kinda sad but it’s as close as I have to insider info

doubledribblerParticipantThat’s still pretty cool inside information. It sucks if it’s true, but again for a team like the Spurs. 3 years is all they need from him. I would be interested in exactly how they determine their estimation of his time.
