Taylor Gang MikeParticipantJust got cut by his home town Thunder. wow how bad has it got for this kid. he only averaged 3 ppg in college, then went to the NBA after a year at UK. He shoulda stayed another year, he woulda been a star big man on that team if he woulda stayed. Goes to show you that kids are not smart in making decisions. He might get a chance somewhere, but who knows. He has not proved anything

Lebron’s HairlineParticipantThis just shows you how getting drafted on “potential” doesnt always pan out. After watching him with the magic last year and seeing him in summer league and preseason, he just looks lost on the court. He has no basketball, touch, or hands. I think a couple years in the d league or overseas will bein his future before returning to the league

Chilbert arenasParticipantI’m giving up on this kid like Renardo Sidney, fair or not I just think he didn’t put in the work required.

TyroberParticipantI think he made a great decision. He could have stayed in college for another year, but he really just isn’t that good. He got guaranteed money by deciding to go to the NBA and I highly doubt he would have been drafted in the first round even if he would have stayed another year in college. There are 30 guaranteed money spots in the draft and he went after it and made a little cash. If he had any type of future in this league teams would have saw that because I do not believe staying in college another year would change his potential THAT much. What if he would have stayed in college and then never mad it onto the NBAs radar at all?

MalcolmxParticipantVery good point. When a job is open do we sit and say no we will take that next year or do we go and get it. Especially if that job is dishing out big bills.

FastAndFuriousParticipantAverage player at best and made 2.1 MILLION DOLLARS.
GREAT DECISION BY DANIEL ORTON.
He can still probably pull a 6 figure contract overseas just off the strengrh of him being a first round pick, being 6-10 and a big time athlete.

Puregreen5ParticipantNot a bad sounding life at all, I’m not sad for Daniel Orton one bit!
