ilike.panochasParticipantI’m sure if enough superstars follow DWill’s direction, these International games will be televised by ESPN. So might still see these players in action, just not an NBA game at the moment.

MuggsyParticipantI expected a few medium level players to sign in Europe, but not someone of Deron Williams’ status. This will be interesting for sure if more players like him come over to Europe. Here comes the EBA…(European Basketball Association.)

river09ParticipantThe nba has to realize that they’re not alone in this business… This could be awesome for the game of basketball in terms of taking it global (which I think is a great affect) but the nba in undoubtably suffer once nba players recognize they can make more money overseas… we could see a lot more starter level players skipping out to europe for star type money if the nba is closed up for very long and europe basketball gains any more popularity whatsoever… we’ve already started to see a lot of quality undrafted rookies signing contracts over there (david lighty, rick jackson, cam long, corey fisher, etc…) who’s to say unrestricted free agents won’t be more inclined to a change in scenery, especially if the finances are better…
