tblazer_NZParticipantMemphis is currently on a 6 game losing streak and has 5 games left. Houston is in 9th place and is 3 games back but should win 4/5 of their last games if not all of them. Dallas and Utah should be able to sneak ahead as well.
They are running with a line up of:
J.Farmar – T.Allen – M.Barnes – Z.Randolph – C.Anderson
with Vince Carter, Lance Stephenson, Xavier Munford ( I hadn’t heard of him until about two weeks ago) JaMychal Green and Jarell Martin.
there last 5 games go as follows
Home Vs Chicago –
Chicago is fighting for playoffs still and they have so much more talent and skill on there roster.
@ Dallas –
Dallas will be wanting to get up to the 6th seed to miss GSW and the Spurs in the first round
Home vs GSW – Hunting of the record, could rest players and win.
@ LAC – Clippers have to much fire power
@ GSW – same as above

CanadianGMParticipantMemohis is playing brutal (Key injuries to Conley, Gasol) and if I’m Golden State and for some reason can’t set the 73 win record due to previous loss, I rest all my starters for that final game if it means playing Memphis in the 1 st round. I’d rather walk through a first round sweep then play Dallas, Houston or Utah.

Anton123ParticipantFunnily, if the Grizzlies do fall out of the playoffs and are replaced by the Rockets, the Nuggets will have the biggest party of the year. That would mean the Nuggets get the Grizzlies pick, which would probably be the 13th pick, in addition they would get the Houston pick, which would stand at 15.
Thus, the Nuggets would have a pick around 8 (Knicks pick), 13 (Memphis), 15 (Houston) and 18 (Portland). You can do A LOT with that set of picks.
If the Grizzlies stay in the POs and Houston is out, the Nuggets only get the Knicks and Portland picks.

Memphis MadnessParticipantHere is my quick take on the basketball season for BOTH the Grizzlies and the Tigers:
For the first time ever, I am doing a fantasy baseball season. I am also thinking about getting tickets to the minor league baseball home opener Thursday night.
