highflyer0ParticipantMost of the commentators I’ve listened to (NBATV, ESPN) have said that they think Cory Joseph is going to have to step in and fill a significant role for the Spurs next season now that George Hill is gone. I have not seen Cory Joseph play much but judging by his lack of experience and pedestrian college stats, I really doubt the Spurs are expecting big things from him his rookie year. What do you guys think?

theTKOshowParticipantfrom what i saw from him in a few games at texas, he’s not ready to be a lead pg for a team and cant really run the show. having said that tho, san antonio doesnt run an offense where the pg needs to dominate the ball since theyre very team oriented and ginobili has great playmaking skills. I think he can be a solid contributor off the bench because of that plus hes solid on defense and showed off a really solid mid range game that just needs to be expanded behind the 3pt line

HobbyOGParticipantThink he will be good for a back up spot with the spurs, he’s in a good winning situation. Good veterans to mentor him.
