HaleParticipantI remember D-Rose destroyed Collison in the Final 4 a few years back. I bet Collison is like "Oh s*** not him again." I say sweep.

4th dimensionIf Hibbert shows up in the series with a heart, the Pacers MAY win atleast 2 games.

immaletufinishbutParticipantyou never know what can happen, the bulls dont have an answer for granger in my opinion. slim to none chance the pacers win series but it could be more competetive than we think

JoeWolf1You’re right, anything can happen in the playoffs and I’m not selling Granger or the Pacers short at all, but to say the Bulls don’t have an answer for him isn’t entirely accurate. He averaged 20 ppg which is right at his season average against the Bulls this year, but he only shot 36% from the feild in those 3 games, it’s not like he tore them up in their 3 regular season matchups that would make someone think they don’t have an answer for him. He’s the type of player who is going to get 15-25 points no matter what, but Brewer and Deng are long and athletic enough to throw him off and keep him from going off.

MachettiParticipantIt’s refreshing to see a team like the thunder and now the pacers developing their draft picks and seeing them make the playoffs. As oppose to certain teams that trade away there picks and forcing bad trades. Just imagine if the O.J. Mayo deal went down the Pacers would have a nice core of players. It just show you that if you run an organization the proper way things will go well. Oh, and playing in the East helps a just a lil bit.

HitsterParticipantThe Bulls should surely win the series but the Pacers can surely win a game or two with a bit of luck.

i’m jus so offendedParticipantcongrats on what, a quick first round exit? i will give them credit in that they still made the playoffs with all the drama with the coach and lance’s dumb a$$. Though they wouldn’t even be sniffin the playoffs in the west

doubledribblerParticipantCongrats on making the playoffs with a record that is 7 games UNDER .500. Got to love the East. From what it appears they could finish the season with 3 teams under .500 if things go wrong.

Jlv2011and not be based on the conferences.

HitsterParticipantThere was the arguement about the NFL in the 1990’s when the AFC teams lost about 13 successive Superbowls I seem to recall but that has since died down. The top of the East is as stronger or stronger than the top of the West but the West always seems to have more depth or maybe more whipping boys so the 6th to 11th teams all win more games.
I would never suggest changing things around as it would be altering the NBA consitution at the moment but some sort of Wild card round could liven things up although teams would not want to lose play off revenue even if they were seeded into the Conference Semis in effect.

sheltwon3Participanti see a sweep coming up Bulls will try to make a statement and with their defense should shut Pacers down.

afree15ParticipantI dont think the Pacer will be swept.
I mean the Pacers are not really that bad of an 8 seed.
Collison, George, Granger, Hansborough, Hibbert
I really think Hibbert is gonna harass whoever they put against him both offensively and defensively
Plus they have a pretty solid bench with players like Dunleavy, James Posey, and Brandon Rush.
Even AJ Price has shown that he can get off the bench and hit some buckets.
Now im not saying they are gonna win but they will win one game and possibly two
