This years draft class is so much like the NFL draft it’s crazy…..only a hand full of game changers but a lot of solid rotational guys

Yeah Thomas should be a first rounder in my opinion but he’ll more than likely go second because average athleticism but on most days he’s a poor mans melo just like Beasley

I don’t see the Lamar Odom CJ Leslie comparison at all. Odom can play point forward and do everything on the floor.
Cody Zeller to Mckale is a stretch, he doesn’t nearly have the offensive arsenal that McKale had.
Alonzo Gee Rodney Williams is spot on, good call!

I like a lot of them but Seth Curry is nothing like Lou Williams. Lou Williams is a guy who will break you down off the dribble and get all the way to the basket. He has been a go to guy at the end of games and the shot clock because he can get his own shot off. He would rather attack the rim then settle for a long jumpshot.

Curry is purely a spot up shooter and is a much better comparison to a guy like Eddie House.

Also Al Horford has one of the sweetest midrange jumpers in the game and Mason Plumlee has a hitch on his shot comparable to Barkley’s golf swing.

Horfords mid range game has become more constant in recent years I think plumlee in a couple years will develop that more…that one was a hard one for me especially since I’m a targeels fan but…gotta give respect where it’s due

The Seth curry one your right he not an ankle braker but he can definitely create his own shot Lou Williams is a better finisher but curry in my opinion will become one with work and playing time at the next level

Horford has certainly improved but he came into the league with a solid jumpshot. Plumlee has bad form and no touch so I am not sure how you think he will develop a deadly midrange game.

I have seen many backdoor alley opp lobs thrown to Lou Williams over the years. I am not sure Seth Curry can even dunk. What I am saying here is Curry could work on his finishing from now until the end of time and will never be anywhere close to Lou because of his gifts of explosiveness and body control. If Lou Williams comes back from his torn ACL loses half his vertical and forgets how to dribble he might then be a better player to compare to Seth Curry.

Zeller has a pretty good arsenal at this stage but the minute he hits the league he will receive a bevy of post moves in addition to what he already has to offer

Yeah I could see that, and also if Zeller twas playing when McKale was he’d be the much more desired, the game changed and he’s behind his time.
