jrfloresssParticipanthe’s a good player but the warriors are just so jam packed at the shooting guard position, i could see carl playing some point but he would still be the 3rd point guard AFTER cj watson. karl has the skills to be in the nba, and given the right team and opportunity he could have a very nice career as a backup sg with the ability to sometimes run the point

JNixonParticipantHe would have to outplay CJ Watson or Anthony Morrow to the point that they’d have to trade one of them away. I don’t see that happening. Therefore I don’t think there is much if any chance he returns to Golden State. I tend to think he’s not an NBA player.

jrfloresssParticipanthe has two skills that IMO are nba level, his shooting and passing. problem is, he is way too slow and/or weak to guard any position at the nba level. some player are bad od D, but karl just has no chance to have any type of impact of defense, if he were to get picked up by a team thats all about offense he would probably stick, but golden state was that team and they are loaded at the 1 and 2. most offensive teams have toned down the offense and be more focus on defense (phoenix) where karl WOULD have probably found a home. too bad, with his whole history with cancer (not sure, but something along those lines) and being george karls son it would have been nice to see him playing in the nba, maybe one day lol

IndianaBasketballParticipantNo… They won’t keep him. This is a great opportunity for him to showcase himself on the NBA level though… I think another team will sign him.
I think he’s a NBA player… Maybe a 3rd string two guard.
