ChoppyParticipantThe crowd has to have something to do with it. I mean, trying to silence a crowd is a great motivator, but it’s easier said than done with a parochial home crowd baying for blood.

HitsterParticipantThe peak Spurs teams must have been good at this as in later years they were more a team unit when Tim Duncan wasn’t quite at his peak. It would have been interesting to see how they did it successfully excusing of course T-Mac’s 13 points in 35 seconds over a decade ago.
