IndianaBasketballParticipantWith Nate McMillian, Stan Van Gundy and even Jerry Sloan back on the market, should the Clippers just cut ties with this guy? We all know he can’t coach…

SpacegrassParticipantD’Antoni needs this job and bring in an excellent defensive assistant to go along with him. Chris Paul and Blake Griffin can be at the very least Nash and Amare all over again and maybe better. Surround them with shooters/defensive minded guys and bring back the 7 seconds or less offense.

MJ FOR LIFE 23ParticipantSloan would be a good fit as well. He can make the Paul/Griffin pick and roll work to perfection as long as Griffin works on his jumpshot. Look how far it carried Stockton /Malone (finals) and Williams/Boozer (conference finals). You can’t go wrong with picking either Sloan or D’Antoni.

TyroberParticipantGod I hope he is gone. Clippers would be amazing with Dantoni running things. Stan Van Gundy or Sloan would be amazing too. Good coaches make the difference.

torontoraptors10ParticipantYeah they should cut ties with him and my choice would be JERRY SLOAN!
Proven winner and this guy can lead this team to a championship. He won’t have any bonehead players and he will make every player work hard.
I’m completely disgaree with Mike D’Antoni being an option for the Clippers. He’s too offense orientated and I don’t think his system would ever win a championship…

IndianaBasketballParticipantI think Jerry Sloan is that guy, but how would he mesh with Donald Sterling? He may not want to even bother.
But I think he’d be a great coach for Paul and Griffin.

HotSnotParticipantAgreed, not a DelNegro fan… but the Clips need to work on Free Throw shooting much more then they need a new coach… and they’re desperate for a new coach.
