After Dunleavy steps down, sources say Clippers are going after Isiah Thomas. I thought they would go for Sam Mitchell, Avery Johnson, Byron Scott or Lawrence Frank. But Isiah Thomas? If they hire Thomas, I’d think Clippers would be taking a step backwards, maybe with all the drama Thomas brings. But let me know what you guys think!

LazarusMunozParticipantThis rumor got debunked earlier today by the LA Times and The Clippers front office…no truth to it! Last year Isiah offered to work in there front office for free, but Dunleavy shot him down…
Big question is will the Clippers be more of running team now…The new coach has already stated that there gonna run much more…This is good for guys like Baron n EJ n AL…Kaman might be taking more of a backseat

DanEboyParticipantThey are still paying Dunleavy 5.5 mil. Sterling is a cheap ass so I don’t see him spending to bring in a coach this season. They do have John Lucas as an assistant who has head coaching experience.

JNixonParticipantI have a feeling Lawrence Frank would be a great fit for them. More so than those other candidates IMO. I’ve always liked Frank as a coach, and I think he’ll be great for his next team.

quinceyhodgesclippers suck. said it in the beginning saying it mid season will say it at the end of the season. alot of people blamed the coach and didnt give any blame to the players. now the coach is gone so lets see who they will blame now. the players need to take the blame as well as the coach
