Even though they lost in the battle to acquire the star players of the free agency, the LA Clippers have made a valuable and underrated signing that can put them over the top, Brian Cook. At a cheap price of 2yrs for 2.4 million Brian will provide three point shooting and championship experience as a NBA bigman. If im not mistaken, Brian Cook set a NBA record as the only bigman to average a higher three point pct than his field goal pct(44.0 3pct and an amazing 38.3 FG clip!). And at 6’9 250 with a 7’2 wingspan he’s versatile and lengthy enough to warm up benches from Eric Gordon to Chris Kaman alike, key signing for the Clippers.

llperezSee, anyone who wants to hate on kobe for not winning in the playoffs for 3 years, Brian fricking Cook was in the top 8 of the rotation just slightly behind kwame brown.
