The8thDeadlySinParticipantI just said something about this in another thread but I thought I would make it its own.
The Cavs should start Lebron at the PG. Everyone talks about how Lebron’s best ability is passing and ball handling. If that is so, why not start him at PG. Think about it. He has to dominate the ball anyway. He causes his current PG to basically spend half of the game at SG. Why not get a decent sized SF that can shoot and defend, a big SG who can shoot and defend and put Lebron at the 1. Imagine Chris Paul trying to defend him. Look all around the league. What PG could guard him? Flynn?? Paul? Williams? Rondo? Harris? Fisher? Nelson?? Westbrook?? Rose? Is there any team that is ready for this?? The only PG that could try to defend him would be Tyreke Evans only because his is 6’6. What are the Cavs doing??

The Big Onobody to faciliate in transition that’s as good as him on the wings
if he were to play PG he’d have to “defer” to somebody better than him in transitionin the halfcourt he does play PG he draws double teams and passes to Mo Williams duh lol

dmo21ParticipantPG- Lebron
SG- Anthony Parker(can defend, shoot, and handle the ball a bit too)
SF- Jamario Moon (defend, shoot a bit, and can get and get easy dunks created by Lebron)
PF- Varejao(defend, hustles, and can hit the open j)
C- Shaq (i never really thought he fit with this team but i guess he will help on D and can get an isolation when Lebron wants to take a break from scoring, he will also get easy baskets from Lebron creating.0 - Posted on: Sun, 11/01/2009 - 11:37am #225806
The Big OPG- Lebron
SG- Joe Johnson
SF- Jamario Moon (too bad they didn’t promise Ariza he could start he would’ve signed impo)
PF- Varejao(defend, hustles, and can hit the open j)

The8thDeadlySinParticipantI was thinking that, hypothetically, if they could get a guy like Hedo Turk and/or Lamar Odom, they can all run the break, this team would be huge and unguardable. (not a word)

The Big Oi have no idea why he declined an extension to a young team on the rise

Kapwno24Participantthere is no rule that says the starting point guards have to guard eachother, the other team would put their best defender on LeBron no matter what, but it could provide slight mismatches to whoever their pg guards. the cavs need better players around lebron than parker and moon to reach his potential and keep him in town
