 I’m a big UK fan and when UK beat Wichita State in what was the best basketball game all year I thought Early was incredible.  I don’t watch a lot of him and don’t know why he hasn’t played, but he was robbed at shot in the kneecap in the early morning leaving a strip club.  He was robbed for "gold".

Should the NBA offer/encourage security details for players?  Do you think some of it is "when you stay out until 430 and your "rich and famous" something fishy is bound to happen?

This is an update I read.

Charania reported Early’s MRI results showed “no structural damage or surgery needed on shot knee,” and the wound was sterilized to keep infection from setting in. He also said the gunshot pierced him cleanly, and the bullet wasn’t lodged.

 I’m no saint and have gone to strip clubs decent amount of times in the past. I don’t begrudge anyone that goes to clubs/strip clubs to have a good time. This is the America we live in now filled with guns. Anyone can get shot anywhere now, decent to a large amount perhaps depening on the city like the people that should be protecting us are bad. This kinda incident or police misconduct is rapid.

It sounds to me like a planned attack, well organized and wearing masks, they definitely knew what they were doing. Knicks players might want to keep an extra eye out, Derrick Williams got robbed not too long ago himself, not that the two are linked, just saying.
