Ever since he left Seattle he never got PT. He was a good player for the Sonics, averaged 14 and 8 one year. Why doesn’t he get any PT? He isn’t old (28 years).

He is a bad shotblocker, but he still can be useful for teams off the bench. Will he get any PT anytime soon or are his NBA days pretty much over?

Wilcox could be a good benhc guy if he finfs the right team. He needs a team that takes him for what he is and uses him correctly.

This reminds me of that Maryland college championship squad he was on with Melvin Ely, Juan Dixon, and Steve Blake. Who would’ve known that Blake would turn out to be the most successful out of all of them? lol

Hes classic player with all the talent and no desire. A guy to talented not to be in the league but doesnt wanna accept his role as energy player.

I think some of it is the player but it seem he has been in some terrible situation because even before OKC let him go or move him he had some really good games.

His game hasn’t progressed much since he left Maryland. He has some post moves but should have more. He just made a career off of his god given talent. Could have had a Antonio Mcdyess career

As far as his days being over I would say no because of his talent there will be a team that will give him atleast the vet min & he is not that old at 28 so i would say he atleast has 3-4yrs left in the league but what a waste of talent & potential. He jus never got it and at this point in his career he probley never will.
