kobyzParticipantAndrea Bargnani for Corey Maggette(expiring contract) and Byron Mullens(poor man’s Bargnani).
Charlotte gets an offensive big to pair in the front court next to Bismack Biyombo and MKG who is the second best prospect and will be taken with the second overall pick in the draft. in a side note they also could ammensty Tyrus Thomas and with the money that’s clear make a run at Eric Gordon.
will give them promise starting lineup of:
Kemba Walker
Eric Gordon
MKG
Andrea Bargnani
Bismack Biyombo
substitutes: Gerald Henderson, Reggie Williams, D.J. White
*Toronto make room for their upcoming bigs next season Jonas Valanciunas and Jared Sullinger who should be taken then with the 7th pick. they also gets two assets to work with in future deals.

mikeyvthedonParticipantReally Kobyz? I tend to genuinely disagree with most of your comparisons, but this takes the cake. Why on earth would Toronto do such a thing? They do not want cap space THAT badly, not to mention to sign the non-existent free agents flocking to Toronto (besides Hedo Turkoglu, of course). I live in Toronto, know very well that Andrea Bargnani has limitations. I also know that until further notice, he is by far our best player and they are not trading him for two role players from one of the worst NBA teams ever assembled.
Plus, Toronto has the 8th pick, dude. In which they are reportedly, looking for something other than a PF, a position they are currently clogged at with Bargnani (he is not a center), Amir Johnson (who should be a center, but lacks ideal size) and Ed Davis (a player who I do not think they have totally given up on). Eric Gordon is a restricted free agent, so no real run being made there. Just not going to happen. I am sorry for a reality check, but kobyz, for a guy who tends to claim knowledge over all, this is not showing it.

ronniemiller1kParticipantBARNES IS #2 no doubt after those workout stats, jordan has the excuse why to take him there now

PulseGlazerParticipantJordan’s excuse is that he doesn’t play athletically and Cha doesn’t have the 1 to help him thrive. But back to the topic – that trade is terrible for Toronto. There’s not one reason they would do that.
