Who would have thought in the middle of the season that the Celtics would be the favorite to win the East at this point?

The Celtics defense is great right now.  They’re up 20-5.

Philly actually making a nice little comeback, the 76ers defense clamped down and the lead is down to 9.

Celtics don’t have the offense to keep up with the West teams.

Ok these 76ers came back. Turner is subpar for a second overall pick.

    MAN I HATE KG!

If he was on my team I’d love him… but, Every Single Chance He Gets, he grabs, pulls, elbows, shoves… and they’re all so subtle the ref almost feels like a jerk calling it. He did get that screen call against him in game 2 in the last 10 seconds of the game (it was the right call btw) and he got a T earlier this game for being the same douchebag he always is… He’s a tremendous player, one of the best PF’s of all time, but I just don’t see how doing all those “extra” little bs, bit chy moves helps his game out? He’s the type of guy you just wanna smack the hell out of. He’s still setting those wide stiff armed picks…His arms being outside his natural frame which makes it illegal.

He does that crap and theres nothing you can do without getting yourself in trouble. Remember 2 years ago when Howard was guarding KG in the playoffs? They were just standing near the elbow… DHoward puts his arm out to touch KG so he knows where he is and can turn his head towards the ball… KG is losing it, winding up and pounding Dwights arm over and over untill the ref finally T’s him up. Its the same play KG does to everyone else, but Howard dares do it to him and he freaks. So annoying.

The 76ers are going blow for blow with the Celtics.

    Who can withstand this slugfest?

The 76ers play way better when Turner doesn’t run the point. His style slows down the pace for the 76ers that should be running 80 percent of the time.

WOW… TYoung with an awesome in the paint sequence with 1:30 to go to put the sixers up by 2… then Rondo with his crazy moves gets it right back.

Philly now up by 5 with .36 left.

This is another Game like yesterdays Pacers/Heat duel.  Great game.

And the 76ers steal this game!

Series tied 2 a piece and this is the Philly team we saw in the first half of the season, not towards the end.

Okay then I retract my statement. I didn’t know it was a common thing for NBA teams to do during the playoffs, it was the first I’ve seen it, I usually switch the channel right when the game’s done.

Yeah, it’s unusual for teams like the Lakers, Celtics, and Spurs to do it because they’re used to winning big playoff games but the Thunder, 76ers, and Clippers do it.  Hell, the Grizzlies-Clippers series, there was confetti after each game lol

Yeah the Celtics is my team so generally speaking I only watch post-game interviews, comments, etc… after they’ve won and I don’t see confetti fluttering after every playoff game but I just happened to have my TV after the game this time and this was the first I’ve seen this.

Man that was a great post by Hot Snot.

KG is so dirty the fans n other players can’t stand it.

It takes away from him being such a great player too.

You don’t see Duncan do anything dirty and he doesn’t talk trash either.

We absolutely looked dead on arrival the first half, we booed them walking into the locker room at halftime

And then like a Phoenix rising from the ashes we rose up and defeated the veteran Celtics in another instant classic game for any Sixers fan out there

I think it’s safe to say keeping Andre Iguadola was the single smartest move we made as a Franchise in the last 5 years, yes he’s struggled at times to find his own offense but the job he did hitting big shots today shows the Philadelphia fans that wanted him traded that They Know Nothing about what it takes to win in the NBA

Evan Turner struggled to hit shots as well, but what people don’t give him credit for is the toughness he brings to our Team, he’s a killer point blank period, a guy that will get into anybody on the oppossing Team’s face and he’s kept our young guys confident against The Bullies of The Eastern Conference, KG and Paul Pierce try to Punk their opponents younger players and Turner has had no parts of It…He had 16 points and 9 very important rebounds, not to mention his toughness on defense and play making ability, he’s becoming a Top 10 Sg very quickly IMO, once he starts hitting the gym and working on that jumper WOW…

The Celtics did do a use a favor by playing like old men in the 2nd half, I want to run these grumpy old men off the court and out of the playoffs, honestly I’d love nothing more than to show them the door in Philadelphia in Game 6 as I predicted before…

Game 5 will be the biggest game of the Year, The Eastern Conference Playoffs have become a wide open race to the NBA Finals, I’m rooting for my Team all the way, if we go up 3-2 and have the chance to close out at Home I think we finish the job against the aging Celtics, I’m also rooting the Pacers to beat the Heat…

SIXERSSS!!! My Jumpshot is better than Evan Turners but he is still a beast on the boards. Please show me a Sixers/Pacers Eastern Final.
