NCarmean18ParticipantIt has been rumored that the Cleveland Cavaliers are trying to get the #2 overall pick from the Minnesota Timberwolves in a three team trade with the Detroit Pistons. Now, while this makes sense, it also seems a little sketchy for the Detroit Pistons. They’d lose the #8 overall draft choice just so they wouldn’t have to pay Hamilton what they owe, which is what they wanted. If this deal went down, Cleveland would buy out Hamilton from his contract, allowing him to become and unrestricted free agent, where he would likely sign with the Chicago Bulls. The Cavs would use the #1 & #2 picks on Duke PG Kyrie Irving and Arizona F Derrick Williams.
So, what do you guys think about all of this? Feel free to express your opinions.
