The8thDeadlySinParticipantI know the rules have changed recently but can a college player still go workout for NBA teams before making a final decision on declaring?
My friend is telling me that they dont get any opportunities to do it now since the decision date is before the combine.
It would be great if someone could provide a link but if not, still let me know something.
Thanks!

Chilbert arenasParticipantCorrect me if I’m wrong but I believe Randolph Morris entered the draft, didn’t get drafted, but was able to finish his career at Kentucky due to the fact he didn’t hire an agent, and then was picked up by the Knicks later that year.

machu46ParticipantThis article sums up the new changes to the early entry system and stuff. Basically, you can’t test the waters anymore, because you have to withdraw your name before National Signing Day, which occurs a couple weeks before college players can start working out and communicating with NBA teams. They can however get feedback from a committee that’s designed to gather information from NBA teams and then get in touch with these college players, but that’s apparently the only feedback early entrants can receive before making their final decision.
