     Since they officially waived him and he was never part of the team in any capacity (even though they paid him for the time he would have been on the team) I don’t see how he would be eligible to get a ring. Even if he were, I doubt he would want it. It would almost be more of an insult than a reward.

     Varejao was eligible for one last year despite losing to the Cavs in the finals. He declined.
