Wiseman and KAT playing together as a Twin Towers if it could work then it might be an option but I think they go with Edwards. Wiseman will likely go top 3 though – GSW is a logical fit and would Charlotte pass on the best big they would have drafted since Emeka Okafor?

I predict Golden St. takes one of Wiseman, Toppin or Okongwu at #2, and Charlotte takes one of the remaining two at #3. The last one remaining will fall all the way to Washington at #9.

I suggested this several months ago and was instantly shot down. Not saying I believe it will happen but there are many reasons it could make sense. Towns is versatile enough that the 2 could play together and wiseman’s projected strengths as a rim protector and overall defender could cover for some of towns weaknesses.

Just heard Gerson Rosas of the Wolves say he’d take PG, SG, or Center if he thinks their the best player. It’s all smoke and mirrors to get the best deal for the pick. He’s good at his job. I’ve been a fan since they started in Minnesota and I have no idea what they’re going to do. I want Edwards.

Wiseman isn’t a better prospect than Edwards. So the wolves will take Ball or Edwards. Wiseman should fall to 3 or later.

I can’t see Wiseman getting past the Hornets. I’m actually finding it difficult to see the Warriors pass on him. For that reason, Minnesota could (and should) draft Wiseman and shop him if they prefer someone else.
Both Ball and Edwards could very easily be passed on and drop to 7 and 8. Doesn’t seem likely, but if the Wolves pass, so too may the Warriors (already have Steph and Klay), Hornets (have invested in Rozier, drafted Graham and Monk and greater needs elsewhere), Bulls (White & Lavine), Cavs (just drafted two guards) and the Hawks (Trae and Huerter).
I could really see it going Wiseman, Avdija, Okongwu and Williams tbh.

Interesting pick for the #1. Anything’s possible in this draft. I think there will be many trades in this draft. You just never know how the dominos will fall… What if Wiseman pulled the shocker? I have Edwards as of now going 1st followed by LaMelo and Wiseman. Trade(s) of some sort would matter in that event though.

In today game pairing KAT and Wiseman doesn’t have much hope to succeed, Wolves prefer to take Edwards and Warriors knows it, that’s why Warriors throwing that smokescreen they would take Edwards at 2 if he’s there, they truly want Wiseman and want to prevent Wolves and Hornets to replace picks for Hornets to take Wiseman first

I can see Minny drafting Wiseman since KAT can play a stretch 4 type of role especially since they have both Jarrett Culver and Jaylen Nowell who can play SG for them.

My bet is that Minny drafts Lamelo Ball if they keep the pick and don’t trade it away.
