Im still letting this all sink in and I may not even sleep tonight, but as I am sitting here, here is some of the random stuff im thinking.

    – This finals was truly unbelieveable(literally), I can’t even put into words, my feeling right now, im bamboozled, and awe-struck.

    – destiny really is amazing. I mean, Miami looked poised to cruise after the Bulls and Celts series, and in games 1-2.75 they looked like the far superior team, which I still think they are… I just still can’t fathom that they let Dallas take that trophy, they are an inferior team that had destiny, and luck on their side this series. Miami should have been the ones getting those rings, but in the end they lost not because of on the court play(well, yes but…) they lost because they mentally crashed.

-These guys on the Heat, mainly LeBron are admirable… He is the best basketball player I culd ever imagine, but champinships come to who they want to, you can’t tell me LeBron didnt want this, because I’ll never believe it. He’s a 26 yr. old guy that is put under so much pressure, he is analyzed through a microscope. and it would get to anyone…I find it satisfying knowing that I now root for the villain, underdogs and the fact that they lost just makes it feel right, LeBron is going to have his moment, I hope… And when he does I will remember all these seasons and hate by the haters(many of you) and enjoy the victory that was a long time coming.

    – Im not depresses, IndianaBasketball, I just hope you come to your senses and hop of the hate train and enjoy the show LeBron is. The fact that he is so disliked and hated is both telling, and mind baffling. What did he do? It’s must really be a curse to be the best, and I feel for him.

    Go Heat!

heat will have thier day, but lebron needs to change his attitude, he draws criticism towards himself and pretends to not care, or he will never win one. This was an amazing series and im happy it went to the right team this year

Dallas beat Miami four times… Three in a row. Twice on their home floor. They closed out games better. Exectued better. Were better coached. IF you still think the Heat were the superior team, then you’re delusional.

And you do sound depressed dude. You’re not going to sleep? Really? Come on…

And "Go Heat!"? You just started rooting for the Heat this season… Last year you were a die hard Cavs fan who thought JJ Hickson was better than Chris Bosh. Come on man…

I’ve always thought LeBron was a great player… Just thought he had holes in his game that he should’ve improved by now… And I just never thought he was who most people thought he was. I never thought he had that killer instinct…

You’re probably the only person who "feels" for LeBron. You need to breathe and hop off a minute man.

thanks, it’s alright though, when this is happening to derrick rose though and things are going bad, just keep your head up and stick with it.

Im never going to stop cheering for my guys, thats just how I am.

And I like you too man, just don’t hate no more, I don’t  take the shlt personally, I just think nobody deserves that type of stuff.

I find it odd that so many people are against the Heat (what they did is equivalent to what the Yankees do)(my opinion.) They signed together get over it.  But some things stood out to me

    1. They have to decide who is the goto player down the stretch. Is it Wade or Bron.

2.They have to stop settling for jumpers (you have two of the best finishers in the game make the refs call the foul..

    3. They gotta man up they should have won but they didnt. Come back with the fire and win. (i seriously doubt Dallas wins next year. (but i did pick them to win this year.)

sympathy for po’ widdle lebron. That guy never gets a break.

If his heart was equal to his talent, he’d never lose a game.

Can someone tell me why every lebron and wade pass requires them to jump in the air. I was told when I was young that that was bad fundamentals.

Dallas was not the inferior team or they would have lost, they won in 6! LOL

I don’t think Dallas got lucky they had a great gameplan, they were the better coached team and the better team, not the best individual players.

Dallas was able to make adjustments throughout the series and adapt to Miamis game, and Miami was not able to counter.

And I agree that Miami mentally crashed but there was a reason why Miami mentally crashed, Dallas had their number, they knew how to contain the big three and keep them out of the paint. They took the Heat out of their comfort zone and caused the Heat to question themselves and lose confidence. Dallas showed they were a more mentally tough team, the Heat could handle the pressure and adjust.

start supporting a home town franchise instead of a player, that shit makes no sense to me whatsoever. Deron Williams left my Jazz last year, i still think he is one of the best PG’s in the league… But he can go F___ himself for all i care cause i want the ship to be in my home state so i can get drunk as shit in the streets of salt lake city like ive always dreamed of since I was a kid.

Lemon, you do realize that about 70% of the flak LeBron gets is because of the ridiculous stuff he says and does right?

How on earth is he an admirable person? Aside from his talent.

Kanye- you just made a post hoping LeBron goes to hell, really? I don’t support teams, I have favorite players who I root for, deal with it.

And Indiana, I really don’t get what’s up with you, you are worse that Skip Bayless. I swear. or at least the equivalent. The word "hater" is severely overused, but  just have to put you in that category. You do know that we will never see a player like LeBron again right? He”s that good and I have never seen you even acknowledge something good he’s done. Dude gets shitted on for being the best and what has he done. It’s okay I know you were probably at your tv all 6 games these finals and 20 games these playoffs by the Heat just praying the Heat lost so YOU could get on LeBrons dick, You talk about him more than I do and Im a "fanboy", thats sad.

@Royk Saying the yankees do it isn’t an argument point whatsoever, that’s why baseball sucks a fatty, and why nobody who love the game of basketball wants to see it become that. You answered your own question in your argument.

@royk927…I dislike the Yankees too. And I don’t hate on the Heat for assembling the team they did. It is the brashness, egos and childish antics they provided all summer and season long that did it for me.

@Lemon please tell me, cause I’ve always wondered why people swing from players balls and root for the teams they are on, I’m just curious cause i have buddies that do the same thing, what connection do you have to a specific player??? Did he help deliver your newborn child? You guys share the same birthdate?? What is it? With a local team you will always have a living connection with that franchise, supporting a certain player is a little justin beiberish to me and i don’t understand it.

I’d be brash too I have two of the top players in the Nba on my team (bosh maybe top twenty five.) I said at the begining of the season that Dallas would take that next step. Im talking about everbody coming down on the Heat because of their brashness and egos. I dont dislike the Yanks. Last year before the desicion everybody was on Lebrons nuts now everyone is saying he could fuck off .

This is a stupid question, you really need to ask me why people like certain players?

First off Lemon, sorry for your loss, but if you feel like the title was taken away from you, then now you know how I have felt to have been a Mavericks’ fan for the past 5 years. The Heat have a group of talented players and will have more opportunities to win another title. However, they are not yet where they can be as a "team," and this includes the coaches as much as the players.

But if you a true Heat fan then you will stick with them as I stuck with my Mavs (losing a Finals after being up 2 games and 3 and 1/2 quarters; losing in the first round to the Warriors after a 60+ season with Dirk as MVP; not making it out of the first round two of the next three years).

I’m sure you all will be losing a ton of bandwagon fans, but who needs them anyways?

@Lemon I’m just curious as to why you would hop on a banwagon of a team a certain player goes to, sure everybody has players they like, hell i like CP3 but I’m not a fan of New Orleans. It just seems to me you have a man crush on the dude.

Honestly, I think LeBron looks like hes a great dude, fun guy, likeable and is damn exciting to watch play basketball. Im not a 12 yr old kid with LeBron posters all over my room and Lebron james magazines all over my house, I just really enjoy watching him play ball, and since the Cleveland days, I’ve just been really attached to the way he approaches basketball, and Allen Iverson before him I was like this with also.

Miami played good enough to win the first four games.  Dallas just played better in spots and were able to take advantage of Miami’s inability to closeout.

You have to fail to be able to learn.  That’s all that happened.

Dallas failed in ’06 and had so many playoff failures that they were able to learn.

OK… You need to stop. This is too female like. I damn near feel like I need to cheer you up or something. I know your team lost, but come on man… You don’t know LeBron James. You sitting over there at a computer acting like this is your brother or something. Don’t take your attitude, frustration, etc out on me because the Heat lost and LeBron was disappointing.

I don’t know why LeBron is somehow the victim in your mind. He’s brought majority of the hate and criticism on himself. You have to think… He was almost everyone’s favorite athlete just last year. To be honest… This is the best thing that could happen to LeBron. This will humble him signficantly, which is what he needs.

There are real LeBron haters out there, but I’m not one of them. I’m a basketball fan just like everyone else on here. I don’t think I’ve said anything about him that wasn’t legit. To be honest, there are a ton of other people noticing the things I’ve been saying. I’ve given him plenty of credit and acknowledged that he’s the best overall player in the game. I’ve even continued to acknowledge that during the NBA Finals despite his struggles.

Cheer up man. It’s like you’ve associated my username and picture as being the face of the LeBron hate lol.

dallas was the better team. More well rounded, shot better and had more depth. Guys like terry, marion and barea were making plays and not just relying on dirk to make plays for them. Miami on the other hand had a bunch of guys waiting for wade/lebron to make plays. I really dont see how an unbiased fan of basketball could watch that series and call dallas "inferior".

I just don’t understand why LeBron doesn’t develop a post-up game, and once he starts punishing smaller players down low then he can take bigger ones off the dribble instead of trying to open up the lanes with his jump shot.

Wade and James better be shooting 500 3pt shots a day this offseason.

Bosh and James better hire Hakeem Olajuwon to teach them some post moves this offseason as well.

But u consistently call Lebron the best player in the NBA and I answer with this age old saying, “To be the best, you have to beat the best”…Lebron just lost to Dallas, is it a case if losing the battle but winning the war…_I said it before and will say it again, I can’t see Lebron winning a ring, it truly isn’t a hating thing, I’m a fan of his skill and think he his an amazing player but somewhere deep inside of his heart and mind he is lacking a key ingredient to winning the big one…

It isn’t just that he lost that makes me think he won’t win a ring; it’s the way he lost. He just completely crumbled; Wade showed up every game and never stopped doing his thing, but Lebron was wildly inconsistent. It looked like he turned the corner in the Chicago series in clutch play, but as soon as they faced a team which wasn’t afraid of them, they caved. This team should never have been. Lebron will probably never win a Finals MVP, I’m fairly comfortable saying that.

This thread makes me miss the negative button more than ever, so many stupid comments being made by whiny Lebron fans.
