If you were to build a team right now, pick the player from each list that you would rather have to build a team with.

    PG:
    Chris Paul
    Russell Westbrook
    Derrick Rose
    Rajon Rondo
    Devin Harris
    Deron Williams
    Jameer Nelson
    Ramon Sessions
    Mo Williams
    Gilbert Arenas
    Jose Calderon
    TJ Ford
    Rodney Stuckey

    My Pick: Chris Paul.
He is only 24 years old still, and he has already been given the name of superstar in the NBA, and IMO is definetly the best PG in the NBA. He has many years left to play before he even gets to his prime, he still has many years to get even better than he is now, and could end up as one of the best pgs to ever play the game.
    Runner Up: Russell Westbrook

    SG:
    Kobe Bryant
    Brandon Roy
    Dwayne Wade
    Joe Johnson
    Eric Gordon
    OJ Mayo
    Kevin Martin
    Monta Ellis
    Ben Gordon
    Nate Robinson
    Courtney Lee
    JR Smith
    Randy Foye
    Nick Young

    My Pick: Brandon Roy
I pick Roy because Kobe is 29 and Wade is 27, so Roy has more years left in him, and he is also already a superstar in this league. As of now I think Roy is the 3rd best SG in the NBA, but as his career goes on, i think he will battle for hte best SG in the league when Kobe and Wade get older. So if im looking to the future, I will take Roy.
    Runner Up: Dwayne Wade

    SF
    Lebron James
    Kevin Durant
    Carmelo Anthony
    Danny Granger
    Andre Iguodala
    Josh Smith
    Gerald Wallace
    Wilson Chandler
    Caron Butler
    Josh Howard
    Al Thornton

    My Pick: Lebron James
This was actually harder for me than you would think, It was close between him and KD. I think in a few years, If Durant can improve his defense, he could actually become better. KD has great scoring ability, and great size and length, and is a good athlete. If he can set his team up better, and get better on D he has a shot.
But the pick is Lebron, athletic Freak, improving jumper, can do pretty much anything, Lebron is the pick.
    Runner up: Kevin Durant

    PF:
    Al Jefferson
    Michael Beasley
    Anthony Randolph
    Amare Stoudamire
    David West
    Chris Bosh
    LaMarcus Aldridge
    David Lee
    Troy Murphy
    Emeka Okafor
    Carlos Boozer
    Paul Millsap
    Al Horford
    Jason Thompson
    Kevin Love

    My Pick: Al Jefferson
Now, I do like Randolph, and would love to see him breakout next year, but im not picking him, until he breaks out. Al Jefferson can score and rebound, and is a dominant big man at the PF position. Bosh is also a proven 20 ppg/ 10 rpg scorer, but i see him as a great 2nd option on a team. Michael Beasley i am also expecting to help out next yaar and breakout, I think he is a future 20/10 guy, but my pick for now is Al.
    Runner Up: Michael Beasley

    C
    Dwight Howard
    Brook Lopez
    Andrew Bynum
    Yao Ming
    Andris Biedrins
    Andrea Bargnani
    Tyson Chandler
    Kendrick Perkins
    Robin Lopez
    DeAndre Jordan
    Javale McGee
    Alexis Ajinca
    Nene

    My Pick: Dwight Howard
Complete freak of nature, and only 24 years old. Great athlete, if he gets more post moves, then he will be one of the best C of all time. Who knows if Yao will return from his injury.
    Runner Up: Brook Lopez

Sorry if I missed anyone, but what is all your choices?

PG- Jose Calderon – Pass First PG….Very Clutch…..and has the best assist to turnover ratio
SG- kobe Bryant – Makes everyone better, Always wants to win. a leader in every aspect
SF-andre Igoudala – Athletic wing that can shoot and drive in and probably the crowd favourite
PF-Amare Stoudmire- Big Man that is very athletic and can pop the mid range jumper
    C-Dwight Howard- DPOY

I like your picks, except Jose.
And im not against the raps, they are my favourite team and i live near toronto.

But i think there are many others i could have chosen before him. He is a pass first player, which is great, but he isnt very good on D, and hes not that athletic, not putting down your pick, just surprised.

    Paul: Explanation Needed?

Wade: brings more to the table than Kobe, and if i was building a franchise…hes younger

Durant: this was a coin toss, Durant won…

Randolph: Versatile, good scorer, good defender, nice overall game

Lopez: Adding Howard to that list was unfair, so i basically didnt include him, and I like Lopez’ game alot, similar to Randolph, he does everything..but isnt GREAT at anything

PG..TOSS UP BETWEEN DERON IN CHRIS I WOULD HAVE TO RUN SOME PRACTICES…BUT I THINK I WOULD TAKE DERON THE BIGGEST REASON THE JAZZ GOT TO TH EPLAY OFFS THESE PAST SEASONS IN HE HAS A GREAT RECORD AGAINST CHRIS ALREADY………….HOLD UP I PUT LEBRON AT POINT THATS WHAT HE CAME IN THE LEAGUE AS IN HE WOULD REALLY MESS UP ANOTHER TEAMS OFFFENSE WITH HIM PUSHING AROUND A WAY SMALLER PG

SG…DWAYNE WADE….A COMBO GAURD THAT CAN DO IT ALL PASS AND SCORE

    SF DURANT HE SHOOTS

PF B EASY….ALL HE HAS TO DO IS SCORE MOSTLEY AND CRASH BOARDS HE WILL ONLY GET BETTER SO WHY NOT ADD HIM HE WAS A BEAST IN COLLEGE IN WILL ONLY GE BETTER

C HOWARD USE BEASLY JUSS LIKE THE MAGIC USES RASHARD POST HOWARD UP IN BRING BEASLY OUT THE POST FOR THE 3 OR MID RANGE LETTING LEBRON AND WADE CUT AND HAVIN DURANT SETTING SCREENS IN LOOKING TO KNOCK SHOOTSDOWN

Pg- d. Will (def. Tha best pg n tha league)

Sg- kobe (hands dwn tha best player n tha league and great team leader)

Sf- Lebron ( no brainer has all tha skills u could want n a 3 and has tha ability to play tha 1-4)

Pf- Anthony Randolph ( has shown flashes and I believe he can be a top 3 rebounder n tha league if he adds weight, he already has tha height and wing span.

C- Dwight ( he is hands dwn tha best center n tha league is a 20-20 threat every night, and if he adds 2 or 3 post moves to his game he can b basically tha next shaq

PG- Derrick Rose- only 20yrs old franchise guard cant go wrong
SG- Kobe Bryant- best player on the planet dont care if he’s 29 he’ll win me chips
SF- LeBron James- 2nd best player in the league, him and kobe won gold together
PF- Carlos Boozer- double double hard worker supporting player on this team
C Dwight Howard- position wise this is the most obvious pick

PG – Chris paul – amazing handles, great passer with great speed and court vision, great defence. very young
SG – Brandon Roy – 3rd best shooting guard in the league and also the youngest of the 3. doesnt need the ball as much in his hands to create as much as the top 2 do. maybe kobe but hes too old for this team
SF – Kevin Durant – only reason this is not lebron is because i like my point guard to do his job. not my small forward. durant is a great shooter and with time he will become a lock down defender. amazing and only 20 years old
PF – Al Jefferson – great rebounder with a pretty polished post game
C – Dwight Howard – i value defence. DPOY? yes sir. also best rebounder in league

    SG- Kobe
    SF- LeBron
    PF- Jefferson
    C- Dwight

I simply took the best player available at each position. Kobe is the only older player but he still has some good years ahead of him. Obviously I think this team would win the championship every year for a long time.

PG- Rajon Rondo- Triple Double in the playoffs.

SG-OJ Mayo- Knows how to score. He also has the ability to play PG.

SF- Kevin Durant- will develop a more consistent jumper. 6-10 and has SG ability, maybe the future of the NBA

PF- Kevin Love (Cannot believe you forgot him) I actually believe he can be a Kevin Mchale type player. He had 40-plus double-doubles last season as a rook and with some improved conditioning, he can be a 20-10 guy.

C- Dwight Howard- No Brainer. Howard is 2 post moves away from being the next great C.

    arnt matching up ur player.
like thunder you have 2 big men down low wen your backcourt drive a lot. but im not saying all these team wont win rings cuz they will.
    my team wud be
CP3- can drive dish best pg in league
Mayo-this guy is da real deal, better than roy. he can score and hes when he becomes a better passer(comes with age i think)
dourant-better shooter than lebron and younger. cant go worng with any of them
bosh-he can hit that jumper and all you guys say hes a number 2 option, imagine how he wud do as number 4 optin.
    howard-easy choice

PG: CP3- name me another guy who can get me 20 pts, 10 ast, and 2+ stls without forcing things and turning the ball over a lot.

SG: Roy- polished all-around game, very patient and doesn’t force anything, trusts teammates and knows how to close games.

SF: KD is probably my favorite player, and is going to be legendary…but LeBron does too much for me to not have him on my team, and he’s the best in the league at getting to the free-throw line.

PF: Jefferson- this dude is the smartest, most patient post player in the league, can hit the mid-range J or buly you down low, you can expect 20-10 on a nightly basis from him.

C: Chandler- with my 1-4 all being guys who score big, I just need my C to be a defender/rebounder who doesn’t get in foul trouble too often(Howard), but doesn’t give up many points in the paint, and with CP at the point, you already know.

I have so many options on offense that I don’t know if this team could be stopped…I can let CP and Tyson run the pick & roll, isolate Al in the post, and let LBJ or Broy break down the D from the perimeter, and I think all these guys could mesh for an 82 game season idk if some of these other teams could, they look more like all-star teams!!!

PG- DWill (Big strong physical PG that has the ability to control the game and to get everyone involved)
SG- Mayo (Good shooter, decent defender, has to accept role as a shooter)
SF- James (FINISHER and has the Bball IQ to play off the ball)
PF- Randolph (jack of all trades and needs to develop a consistent 15 footer)
C- Howard (All he has to do is block shots and rebound)

PG- Rondo- Simply because he is a great defender and can satisfy every player on the team with a certain amount on touches.
SG- Kevin Martin- He may be one of the best offensive players in the league, this guy can shoot. LeBron and Rondo can drive and kick to this guy every time and he spreads the floor extremely well.
SF- LeBron- Excellent leader on a team with great supporting skills.
PF- Aldridge- Another guy who can be used in a drive and kick situation since he can hit shots consistently.
C- Brook Lopez- Good defender, rebounder and has a great array of post moves.

PG:Russell Westbrook(Very Athletic, can be the best pg in the league a very good defender and can play both guard positions)
    SG:Monta Ellis
I know the obvious pick is wade and Bryant, but if i want my team to be a contender in the future i need to pick young superstars
    SF:Kevin Durant
Same reason as above, and even though they are both young, i pick durant, i know LeBron has more muscle and
a better player, when he is there, he will score about 25-40% of the teams score, with durant, the whole team can score
while Durant also improves as a player
    PF:Anthony Randolph
Young, a very good defender, can shoot from the perimeter, a very good rebounder, offensive force, was a lock to win the summer league Mvp can improve, has lots of talent
    C:Dwight Howard
Young too, but older than everyone else in the team, really strong Offensive and Defensive Force,
though still hasnt much eperience, has already went to the Finals, already an all-star
and can learn while teach the young team

    Roy
    Durant
    Bosh
    Dwight Howard
When you are creating a team, you have to pick guys that mold together real well, and do not clash. Dwill, roy, and Bosh have pretty much the same personality, and I think they are good friends as well as Chris Paul of course, but I like Dwill better than Paul. James would not fit on this team, which is why I chose Durant. And Howard, I really don’t think an explanation is needed, the guy is a BEAST.

If i were to build a team right now, no way i could get so many stars. This is a team i think could compete right now and in the future.
PG- TJ Ford; underrated pg who is a great passer and has the ability to score. Also very fast and plays good defense
SG- Randy Foye- Undersized for the 2 (6-4) but is strong enough to defend the taller 2s well. Good shooter, letting us spread the floor
SF- Danny Granger- STAR of the team. Will average about 27 a game and average 6 rebs.
PF- Troy Murphy- Guy flat out rebounds
C- Javale McGee- Has the potential to be great and is ready to step in and play right now, even though he won’t dominate

You guys that are putting Howard and another post scorer on the same team, or Kobe/Wade and LeBron/Durant on the same team that would never work…you have to have some role players…now looking back, even my team wouldn’t work out with LBJ, CP3, and Roy on the same squad, they’re all ball dominant…I’m gonna change my team now to make a team that could realisticly work.

PG: Westbrook- defend, push the tempo, and get to the bucket, his mid range J is decent, and there’s no reason to believe it won’t improve over the next 3 years, if he learned to play with a little more control sometimes instead of going full speed all the time he’d be a nightmare.

SG: Roy- I’m gonna leave that the same, the guy is so smart and he would be my closer who would have the ball in his hands every play for the last 5 minutes, I trust him to make the best decisions, and he isn’t afraid of pressure.

SF: Granger- this guy works so hard, but it goes unnoticed, can score just as well as Durant, and is a better 3pt shooter, can pass and rebound just a notch below LeBron, has good strength, and might be the most underrated defender in the league.

PF: Jefferson- I’m sticking with him as well, most polished post game in the league, and has no ego, so he’d have no problem fitting in.

C: Chandler- doesn’t care for the ball on offense, works hard on D, and crashes the boards hard, rarely gets in foul trouble, and though his block #’s are low, he changes a lot of shots that don’t show up in the box score.

I switched in Westbrook for CP3 and Granger for LBJ…both guys are better on ball defenders, and don’t demand the ball as much on offense, so there would be more shots to go around.

    Projected stats:
    Westbrook- 14ppg, 5rpg, 5apg, 1.5spg
    Roy- 21ppg, 4rpg, 6apg, 1spg
    Granger- 18ppg, 6rpg, 4apg, 1spg, 1bpg
    Jefferson- 20ppg, 10rpg, 1.5bpg
    Chandler- 10ppg, 13rpg, 1.5bpg
