According to hoopvibe, The bucks are open to listening to trade 2nd year pg Brandon Jennings, who struggled this season due to injury and never got back to form. Also Scott Skiles is known for giving up on young pg, as he was one himself, and has probably lost faith in him. I think its a little premature to trade a possible all star, just because of one bad season(wasn’t that bad anyway), when Evans, and Curry each did as well. I see him having a breakout season next year, and hope the Bucks dont give up on him just yet. Thoughts?

Jennings was pretty bad the second half of his rookie year as well. It’s been kinda downhill after that awesome start to his career. I’m not very high on him being anything more then just an average starting pg in the league who can put up numbers but is inconsistent as heck.

A trade would be great for Jennings. I dont think Skiles is too fond of him. Jennings would help his cause to get stronger and become a better finisher at the rim. He has talent but I think people are starting to gain negative opinions about his play and rightfully so. But with weight gain and a new system (New York) Jennings could flourish.

Curry is a bordrline franschise player, and so is Evans, and Jennings is a potential allstar. He wont live up to the hype of being the next answer, but will have a nice career.

For the Bucks, the idea of trading a potential all-star PG who is in his second year seems ridiculous. Unless they intend to be picking high in the lottery, where do they expect to recuperate that talent? If they do trade Jennings, why do it with his stock at an all-time low right now. I’m sure Utah would love to sneak in a real lowball offer. Bottom line, Milwaukee better get an unquestionably superior package if they intend to trade Jennings. And not because Jennings is necessarily worth it, but because you can’t lose out on a guy with his ability and the dreaded "potential" because of a lack of patience. Are the Bucks going to the Finals next year? Then why starting messing with a young, developing player, unless an incredible offer comes buy.

Who is he going to replace in the east. Rose, Rondo, Deron Williams. Jennings chances of making an All-Star team soon is slim. Not too mention Wall is in the east and Kyrie maybe coming. I like Jennings but he would really have to step his game up to surpass the guys above

 ^^^ You realize that he’s got about 10-15 years worth of playing to make that All-Star team. Can you even guarantee any of those guys remain in the east. Or that Jennings remains there himself. Different sytem, a little weight, and this kid could still become great. No need to hate. And I’m sorry, but I absolutely DO NOT see Evans as a potential "Franchise " player. He’s reminds me of Ricky Davis. Can get you the 20,5,5 consistently, but in a winning environment, he’s not realy gonna do many things positively as he can’t shoot, doesn’t play the bet of D, and absolutely refuses to pass the ball unless it’s is the very very very last option. At least Jennings has learned how to play team ball. Give him 15-20 lbs and a few more years of learning, and he could easily put up 19,4, and 9. He’s got a winners swag. He’s not A.I., think more K.J. who managed to get a couple ASG appearances himself despite not putting up the best numbers. Wins matter a lot these days as well. Let’s not forget that Magloire, Mo Williams, and BJ Armstrong all managed to make all-star games.

Kings trade #7 pick, next years 1st rounder and Jason Thompson for Jennings and Ilyasova

Kings would have: Jennings, Tyreke, Cousins and 30 million in cap room

Bucks would then have the #7, the #10, and 2 first rounders next year to build around.

Bucks starting lineup next year could be:

Kemba Walker, Alec Burks, John Salmons, Gooden/Thompson, and Andrew Bogut

I wouldn’t mind building around Walker, Burks, Thompson, and Bogut especially with a lot of cap room clearing up and 2 lottery picks in next year’s draft, which is going to be very strong.

Jennings isn’t going anywhere lol. Unless a team offers a star player. Jennings to LA would be very sweet though. But I think it depends on if Jennings is willing to get stronger if he’ll be a star.He certainly has star upside, but he was hurt last year. I think if he plays at 175 or 180 instead of 169, he will be more effective. He’s inefficient because he’s too small and weak right now. I think he’ll improve and be above average next year, but I expected the same this year too.

LIES! I could see Jennings being a better shooter than Reke. Besides, Reke is going to be the mid range type. They need time. Reke had to alter his shot because he kept fading away. And he didn’t get to use his shot enough this season do to his foot injury. Next season should be better. Trust me.

Ya the KJ comparison is just not a good one.

I think the spot on one is that of Kenny Anderson, once Jennings hits his prime, I think he’ll be a  similar player. Similar body type, lefty, range, and I could see a similar longevity, with the difference being Anderson knew how to play within the himself a bit better, but give Jennings some time to mature and he’ll be  a pretty decent PG, who could very well  make an all-star game in a career year. Anderson will never be in the Hall or anything, but was a pretty decent name back in the day.

I think KJ is out of reach though for Jennings.

Jennings isn’t that good… He got too much credit his rookie season, while Ridnour didn’t get enough. He’s more flash than substance.
