David Stern a.k.a. da muthaf@cking leader of da kryptsParticipantBeal has previously worked out for Washington and Cleveland, who own the Nos. 3 and 4 picks, and said he would not work out for any other teams.
"My agent and I have discussed that," Beal said. "Everybody’s pretty much telling me I won’t go any lower than that (No. 4) so I just limited myself to where I fit in best."
This is a quote from an article on Nba.com.
Do you think this info can be trusted or can he still slip past Cleveland?

If you watched the video in the article you must be asking the same question as I am: What the hell is wrong with MKG? All he says is”um…”. Might be just nervous though.

MakarosParticipantI can see him slipping easily..
Even if we take Drummond out of the equation due to the risks involved, there are still three players that are equal or better than him.
Any of the these scenarios will leave him off the top 4
2– Robinson
3– MKG
4– Barnes2– MKG
3– Robinson
4– Barnes2– Barnes
3– Robinson
4– MKGso no, I wouldn’t say its a given..

MJBrownParticipantI do belive Beal goes top 4. He’s too good of a running mate for Wall or Irving for both of them to pass him up.

dolla130ParticipantDuring the combine Andy catz reported Gilchrest has a bad stutter so he hardly talks in interviews
Yeah it’s possible beal could slip but he won’t get passed 5

Andrew1984ParticipantI have been told by a reliable sources that if Beal is available at No. 4, he will be a Cleveland Cavalier no matter who else is on the board. The only way the Cavs select Barnes or Drummond is if Beal is unavailable.

PulseGlazerParticipantBeal is just a better fit next to Kyrie than Barnes. Gee is also servicable at the 3, while no one on Clev should really be starting at the 2.

Andrew1984ParticipantIt seems doubtful that Gee will be on the roster. The Cavs like him, but he’s a restricted free agent and they really don’t want to over-pay him. There are reports that a few different teams may want to sign him to an offer sheet that the Cavs would be unlikely to match.
I do think they’ll make some trades though. A guy I’d like them to target is Michael Beasley. With Derrick Williams and Kevin Love in Minnesota, Beasley is the odd man out there, and he played the fewest minutes of his four-year career last year. He’s only 23, he’s 6-9, 235, he can knock down shots and flat-out score, averaging 19 points two years ago. The only issue is that he just doesn’t really seem like a Chris Grant-Byron Scott type of guy. But if they could kick him in the pants and make him play some defense, I’d be willing to pick him at the airport myself. It’d probably take Varejao to get him, but that’d be fine with me, especially if the Cavs used 23, 33, or 34 on a guy like Festus Ezeli, and perhaps sign a relatively cheap UFA like, Ian Mahinmi:
Irving-Beal-Beasley-Thompson-Mahinmi with Ezeli sharing minutes at the 5.

PulseGlazerParticipantBeasley is a RFA – they don’t need to trade for him. I don’t see anyone making a huge Gee offer – really, where would even make sense? – and fully expect the Cavs to match any modest offer for him. They could go Barnes/MKG – Mayo and re-start at the wings though. I wouldn’t be averse to that.

Andrew1984ParticipantI didn’t know Beasley is an RFA, but that doesn’t mean he can’t be signed and traded. The teams that are reportedly in the mix for Alonzo Gee are Phoenix, Boston, Houston, and Washington. One report out of Phoenix says that the Suns are willing to offer him $16 million over four years. There is no chance Chris Grant will match that. None.
And they’re not going to take Harrison Barnes. You can have your opinions on who you like better or whatever, but it’s just not going to happen unless somehow Bradley Beal is gone already, which is not likely.

TyroberParticipantSomeone has to slip. Beal could easily go top 4, but could just an easily fall out of it.

Andrew1984ParticipantActually, scratch that, a sign-and-trade for an RFA doesn’t make much sense. It’d probably be better just to offer him an amount that Minnesota wouldn’t match, considering they already have Williams and Love. This regime does seem hesitant to build through free agency, but man, they REALLY need scoring.
Gee is a defender learning to play offense, and Beasley is an offensive player learning to play defense. Personally, I think defense is easier to teach than offense because it has more to do with motivation and effort than talent, so I’d rather have a guy I know can score and teach him to defend than have a guy I know can defend but have to teach him to score.
