NashyMingParticipantGreat move by the Celtics.
Delonte West is a solid defender that can play both PG/SG.
The best part is that he can come in handy when playing against the Miami Heat. =)
The Celtics fans can start some “nice” charts for him.

bdoody42ParticipantHope they give each of the players mothers birth control for each month he was signed.
Joking aside he could be a big help and hope the leadership will what he needs.

mgreener_34ParticipantVery good move by the Celtics. He can play the one or two, and can be a streaky scorer at times. Tough player, and I liked him when he was here his first go around. Celtics bench is starting to shape itself up nicely. Robinson, West, Daniels, Davis, O’Neal. They have one of the deepest teams in the east now.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantCleveland should’ve re-signed him..Becuz he and Lebron were the only 2 playmakers the Cavs had….
Mo Williams isnt a guy that can create plays for himself or teammates…

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantLast season, the Celtics bench was simply Robinson, Davis, Daniels, and Wallace.
Now they have Robinson, Davis, O’Neal, O’Neal, Wafer, West, Daniels, and Bradley. That bench is looking VERY nice and VERY deep. 3 quality big men to choose from, 2 very good defenders in Bradley and West, 2 streaky shooters off the bench in Wafer and Robinson, and Daniels who can score and play some D.
Throw that in with Garnett, Allen, Pierce, Perkins, and Rondo? They have a VERY good chance at beating the Heat and most importantly, the Lakers.

mikeyvthedonParticipantHave made some great moves, this is definitely one of them. They have a deep bench, could make some noise next year. Imagine a second unit playing with the O’Neal’s, D-West, Donkey and Shrek? Well, maybe have to take one of the O’Neal’s out of their for it to work, and maybe put in like a Daniels or Wafer, but that is a STRONG second 5. Scoring in bunches, and not really getting killed on D either. I would have to say I still take the Lakers and Heat, but Boston could be third and they are not behind by a lot. I would not be surprised if Boston competes heavily with their current roster being as stacked as it is, even if it is on the older side.

juves4783Participanttalk about a steal. for a little over a mil, he’s still young and can score in numerous ways. with nate and delonte off the bench, teams aren’t going to get much breathing room. i was wondering what was going to end up with delonte. i thought he would be a good fit with the celts or lakes. the celts are probably a better fit since the team is so mature. i mean most of their moms have to be in their 60s and unattractive.

MagikKnickParticipantCeltics are pretty deep in the backcourt…
Nate Robinson
Ray Allen
Delonte West
Marquis Daniels
Von Wafer
Rajon Rondo
and Avery Bradley0 - Posted on: Wed, 09/01/2010 - 11:01am #391972

sheltwon3ParticipantBoston should make it to the
Finals again because they have too many big bodies and depth for Miami this year but obviously next year Miami will reload0 - Posted on: Wed, 09/01/2010 - 11:01am #391976

PlatypusParticipanti dont like it… they’re need is a bench small forward… Daniels is 6’6 and plays shorter i dont know how but he does, this also takes away playing time for Bradley. Sasha Pavlovic wouldn’t be a bad pick up because he’s a good defender off the bench, Jarvis Hayes can drain 3’s, Ryan Thompson would still be a good pick up, he’s 6’6 but he has a 6’9 wingspan. Marquis has a 6’10 wingspan but doesnt use it to his advantage, to be honest he just sucks
Depth when healthy
Rondo – Robinson – Bradley
Allen – West – Bradley
Pierce – Daniels
KG – Davis – O’Neal
Perkins – Shaq – O’Neal0 - Posted on: Wed, 09/01/2010 - 11:34am #392004
